We booked a double room and it was a comfortable stay and a great value. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The location was good and we would stay again at the Mozart Hotel on future visits. |

Location, location, location-ideal! Coffee at breakfast-fantastic! Wifi in room-convenient! En-suite facilities (own toilet)-hard to find in amsterdam! Polite and pretty helpful staff! Size of room (tiny!!!), cleanliness (especially towels and bed-sheets) and price. |

The location was perfect. We were a 1 min walk to Leidseplein, about 5 mins to Rijsmusuem, and 15 mins to central Amsterdam. Its right a canal, so you can pay a little extra for a canal view. The bathroom seemed recently renovated, but it was small. We stayed on the first floor, with a small window that opened into an "alley" for lack of a better term. It smelled really bad outside, so we kept the window closed at all times! The bed linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the walls were disgusting, very dirty, smudges, and smushed bugs all over the place. I guess you get what you pay for, but even a budget hotel shouldnt have dead bugs all over the walls. It could have just been our room, but I dont know if I'll book there again, and take my chances. |

Clean room, helpful staff I booked a single room. It was ridiculously small. To illustrate: when my luggage was flat on the floor, I couldn't open the bathroom door and the room door at the same time. Bathroom was way too small too (for 100 EUR/night). |

The room was clean, however fairly battered about, and the location was fairly central. At €125 (not including breakfast) per night for a very small twin room it was very overpriced, the room was sufficient, but quite battered, no room to move and more like a hostel than the fairly pricey three star hotel it was meant to be |

Excellent location as very near to Leidseplein and art galleries & museums. Walking distance of one of the main shopping streets. The rooms were very clean with our bedlinen & towels being changed daily. As most of our time was spent exploring the small room was not really an issue however if we were staying longer than 3 days it may have become an issue. Good self service continental breakfast. The staff were all helpful and spoke good English. If you want centrally located budget hotel then this is fine. It was in a safe neigbourhood for young children. Very small family room with a large bathroom - this could have been smaller giving the bedroom more space. It was possible to hear the people in the next door room and there was a distinctive smell that wafted into our room most nights despite our bedroom being no smoking!!!! An open window dealt with this! |

The hotel was located on a canal, and was central and walking distance to galleries, museums nightlife and shopping. Comfortable facilities in the room, and it was generally clean. Some aspects of the room were disappointing - the curtains were dirty with what looked like grease and the hem was coming down, and the window looked out to a concrete portico. Also the dining room was located in the foyer of the hotel - a little strange but you do get used to it. |

It's position in relationship to places of interest. Bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. No coffee or tea making facilities. No hairdryer. A pair of dirty underpants on the floor presumably from previous occupants of the room. Only hard back dining chair to sit on in the room. Staff did not engage with visitors unless questioned about something. |

Staff were very friendly, however dont expect a nice view as our window was facing someone elses room same with the other rooms. Room was very clean, and bathroom was nice and tidy. 10 mins to Amsterdam Central by Tram, or 25 mins walk. |
