The front desk personnel were very competent in resolving a few problems. Room was too small for the money. Location was ideal for our tourist plans. Would return because of location.

Street was dirty due to construction at canal. Wifi did not work well in room. Breakfast needs better selection of rolls, cereal, coffee, and tea.

Excellent location - walking distance to and from everything we wanted to see.

The rooms are very small and we couldn't see anything from the view. There was no balcony or outdoor space.

Location right next to a canal, restaurants, trams, and main shopping street. Staff seemed pleasant and helpful. Bed comfortable.

Room is not well sound proofed - the floors are creaky, you can hear people talk in the next bathroom and outside in the corridor. I recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The location is good if you like walking a bit. Simple, sound-proof rooms. Nice staff.

אין קומקום למים חמים בחדר. צריך לבקש קוד ל- WIFI למה לא לתת כאשר עושים צ'ק אין? טרטור לעלות ולרדת! להגיע למלון אין דרך אלא ללכת ברגל כק"מ נהג המונית עשה 2 סיבובים ואמר מצטער הדרך סגורה...

It's proximity to everything we were visiting.

The hotel was grubby, everytime the people in the upstairs room flushed their toilet the noise was like a waterfall through the room!!!! not good at three in the morning!!!!. No coffee facilities in the room.

Close to public transport. Good bathroom. Adequate breakfast. Good wifi.

Poor decor. Exceptionally small room, and expensive, so very low value for money. Too much noise from other guests in corridors.

The location - also the staff were very helpful in getting tickets or taxis.

Was in a great location for restaurants, bars and the trams. The booking.com process was good. Bedding and toilets were clean.

A coat of paint would give the hotel a much cleaner look. First thoughts were not good because of the decor but apart from that everything else was ok.

the cost of the hotel compared to how clean the hotel was, the size of the room. I have stayed in rooms all over europe and it was the worst. the pillows were rock hard, the rooms were tiny and the rooms were the dirtiest I ever stayed in. I could see where everyone whoever stayed there touched the walls, there was nothing on the walls, no photos, art, nothing. It cost 495€ a night. For that kind of money, I expected more and the photos are not true representations of the hotel except the front of the hotel.

Very small room with very little natural lighting. Scuffed walls, no got water on the last morning of my stay. Breakfast was ok but not worth the price.

We loved the location, and how comfy the beds are. Also their was 1 member of staff that we loved, we didnt catch his name but it he was polite and helped us find our way to the zoo and helped with our luggage as our flight was till 7pm.

The women who checked us in lacked personality and seemed board and miserable. Coming from working in a hotel I expected more and abit more of a welcome !

Lovely clean rooms. Good price. Quite spot, even though it is right in the Leidseplein.

Wifi wasnt great in the lower floor. Worked intermittently.

Staff are very helpful. Just a short walk to tram and a lot of restaurants around the hotel. Very close to a good Indian restaurant called Bollywood.

Due to restaurants, cafes and coffee shops it is busy at night in the street below and was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday night.

The hotel is located close to the shopping street and Leidsplein. For a purpose to enjoy the night life, this hotel is in the good location with reasonable price.

Double room was a bit small. But as we just stayed for one night, it was not a big issue.

Breakfast was not worth to pay definetely. Room quality was pretty low but I didn't expect so much. Just for sleeping.

The location was unbeatable. Ahead of arrival the staff were very helpful with assisting with any travel queries we had.

At 212 Euros per night for three single beds, it wasn't the best value for money (although this is taking into account travelling over the Easter bank holiday which we knew was going to be busy and therefore more expensive). The facilities were also rather basic, with limited space in the room.

Habitaciones sencillas pero confortables. Buena ubicacion, justo enfrente a un canal.

Staff pleasant and helpful. They have good return assistance not to miss our plane while the taxi to the airport we had forgotten ...

The staff were great and the location was fabulous!!

Loved it and we will be back for sure!!
