Location is fantastic, right in the centre of things if you want to be close to the shopping area and good restaurants, bars etc It is a two/three star at best however the beds are comfy and the room are clean. Request a room at the front or the back, they are much brighter |

The location of this hotel is really excellent, great bars, restaurants and shops only 2 mins walk. Beds are very comfy and have great clean duvets on the bed. The hotel is a total kip- very grumpy rude staff. Breakfast area a disgrace, didnt eat there once. Our room was like a cell, one tidy window, no air conditioning. We complained after our 2nd night and got moved to a super room with lots of light and air and enjoyed our last night there- room 209 is good! |

Location, staff, lobby with a view on the canal The single room I stayed in was the smallest room I have ever been in. I think it is not fair to offer such a room at a price of 90 euro. Guests should at least be warned of the problem so claustrophobic people could avoid such accommodation. |

We liked the friendly, flexible staff and the outstanding central location of the hotel, right near the major museums and excellent shopping options. Small, crowded rooms without air conditioning. |

As with most hotels in this price range in Amsterdam very small rooms, nothing in excess. There is what there has to be and that's it. Nice location. No wireless internet in the room. |

Very good location and 24 hour reception The room was small and walls were thin so you can hear peoples conversations next door |

Well, to what I have experienced, the hotel offers no comfort. It is really a no-nonsense hotel that suit backpackers. The breakfast has too limited choices and although located in the city center, it is poor in access, especially for those with plenty carrying stuffs. |

Good position, just few minutes walking from all the turist point of interest. To get the hair dryer you should live 10 euro as caution at the frontdesk. We find a lot of mosquitos in our room!!! |

The location was convenient and the accommodations were adequate. The desk staff was rude and the price was high for what was offered. |

Not very much . Attitude of Receptionists, most unwelcoming, no greeting , no smile , nothing. The first room we were shown ,extremely small, power point fitting hanging off of the wall, and the walls were dirty. Bathroom very clean. Second room was larger-- third bed had a broken frame, lighting poor , bathroom clean . This hotel has a three star rating? |
