Hotel was directly across from train station and although it seemed i got the cheaper price for a room in the building 500m away i was given a room in the main hotel. Bed was 2 singles pushed together but didnt matter as i was alone. Internet was €5 extra per day. |

Very convenient for Station (though most confusing station in Europe to find the correct way out of). Basic but decent breakfast. Room very well serviced (even though we were only out foir a very short time) Had to make do with two single beds put together, I ended up sl;eepinhg in the hole between them. I would much prefer to specify "double room" and if none available to book elsewhere. Also, problems acceessing room one night. This would have been a major problem if it had been 30 minutes later (after 12.00) and no staff available. |

Very centrally located and friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and a nice hot shower. For the rest a good standard room. I found the rooms a little small |

The level of friendly service, particularly at breakfast The unwillingness of reception to charge the bill to two credit cards. Not a huge problem but most hotels in which we stay are quite happy to accommodate this. Perhaps that's because they are part of a large chain whereas this hotel is not. |

The less than 500 metre walk to my room that you put in your description, was more like a mile, 112 euros was about 62 euros too much, very very overpriced |

Very convenient to public transportation. The hotel staff was friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast. Due to the warm temperatures, we had to open our windows at night and we stayed on the street-side, which was noisy. |

Excellent staff. A quiet room, but I think Ithis was because the hotel was not busy. A nice bar, but I was refused a drink just after midnight on a Saturday when the bar had quite a few locals in. This in itself is enough for me to never return - residents (and neither me nor my guests were drunk) should be entitled to a drink the same as locals are, as long as they are not unruly, and we were not A small and poorly furnished room for the price paid. (3 nights, 273 euros) Because of the design, it was impossible to leave windows open - they simply slammed shut in the breeze. The TV did not work. The hot water was scalding hot.The shower became cold after a few minutes - dangerous given the above, if used by inexperienced travellers or children, whose instinct would be to increase hot water |

ontbijtservice er is geen restaurant. Dat staat wel in de brochure en is dus fout. TV is klein model, dat boven op een kast staat: je ziet maar weinig op zo'n manier.Badkamer is klein. Staat tegenover station aan drukke weg, dus ramen dicht als je wilt slapen. |

Eenvoudige maar zeer nette kamer, goed schoongehouden, uiterst vriendelijke medewerkers. Ik had een kamer aan de straatkant, dat was wat rumoerig zodat ik met het raam dicht moest slapen. |

Toplocatie in het centrum van Arnhem. Goed voor slapen en standaard ontbijt. Wel sobere kamer, zeker voor de prijs. Er was gerookt in een niet-rokerskamer, welke wij wél gereserveerd hadden. |
