Great swimming pool (heated and with artificial waves). Very nice staff; we found a small hedgehog in the crib of our daughter! Closed to the lighthouse

Staff was great, everybody has an excellent level of English.

We loved the location, you cannot beat it! Wonderful views and great shopping and restaurants everywhere!

We thought we were staying in the hotel oranje, there are actually three properties that they have and if you dont look closely at your reservation, you just assume they book you at that particular one,, I wasnt happy about being misled in a sense. However staff was nice and views were great!

The hotel is situated right on the beach. The rooms are old but OK.

This old fashioned hotel is struggling with modern times. Breakfast and lunch are full of calories, no salad or fresh fruit (only from a yar). Restaurant staff does not know simple etiquette.The manager likes to show himself in his suit. This hotel needs more kindness and service instead of bureaucracy. Put the customer first! Bathroom with a shower curtain!!!

It's location. The cleaning staff were very friendly and efficient.

The 'extra' costs - example parking, breakfast, Internet. Also we were checking out early in the morning (4am). I asked the night before check out if we could pay our bill and was told no because there was always (24 hr) someone at the desk. When we checked out the only person at the desk was the security guy. He had to call over to the other hotel to get someone to come over to the beach hotel to check us out. We waited quite sometime. After paying our bill we loaded our car and tried to leave the parking lot but did not know how to get the parking lot gate to raise so we could leave ( was not given any instruction) i parked and ran back to the lobby to enquire and the doors were locked. This caused us to be later than we wanted to be getting to the airport.

Great Position in front of the sea, great breakfast, different restaurants, receptionist very professional and kind.

Talking about beach hotel, too much money for an hotel that basically has too many years under his belt. See view room was really big, but also old and consumpted.

For the price the hotel rooms were tired needing refurbishment and overhaul.i stayed in the beach part of the hotel stated to be 5 star. It was just about 3 star at best. Beds were uncomfortable. I was told it was a king size bed when it was 2 singles joined together. Early morning you would wake up from the noise of the buses nearby as the air conditioning was turned off and the balcony door had to be left open all night. There was no iron or hair dryer in the room. For this price free Wifi should be included but when you bought it for the room the clock kept ticking even if you wanted to take a comfort break. You could not get any room service late night just had to rely on the mini bar. The location for me was the only good thing for me. I will not ne staying here again

It is well situated opposit the beach. It gives you the feeling that you are welcome as guest.

The prices in the restaurant are rather expensive.

The hotel is located at the ebach with a nice view if you get the seaview room. The environment is very nice. The reception staff is very helpful and friendly.

We have tried to book the table for a dinner in restaurant The Harmonie, than we were told that booking is not possible. We visit the restaurant and the service was extremely poor. Dirty tables, we need to wait about 20 min until the table was clean. The orders were forgotten and slow. Food quality was unacceptable. Such service is completely ruinning the impression about such a nice hotel.

We stayed in the 4 stars part (Beach hotel), I was afraid that it will be much worse than the 5 stars one, but it was really ok. The room was cosy and clean, we had there everything what we needed. The choice of this hotel let us combine visit to Keukenhof garden together with seaside stay. The price to quality relation was just fine. Staff was helpfull and friendly.

The basic price is accesible. However if you add all the extras the overall price per night almost doubles (30 euros for the seaview room, 20 for parking, 23 for breakfast). All that makes you feel that you are in a low cost hotel rather that in a real 4 star one. The wellness part needs refurbishing.

The hotel was great and teh reception was extremely nice and helpful. Spa was also great.

Well, I would appreciate to know in advance that the fee for a pet is 40 EUR.

Excellent hotel, good position, wide range of restaurants

Although I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, I think it's too expensive (28 EUR/person per breakfast). The wi-fi is free in the lobby, but not in the rooms (Internet is available with an additional fee): it would be great if wi-fi is extended to rooms as well.

Ontbijt in beach hotel was minder als in hotel van oranje, dat moet eigenlijk niet kunnen. Je mag van alle faciliteiten gebruik maken, maar dan moet ontbijten ook hetzelfde zijn

Zimmer stand sehr früh schon zur Verfügung, super, aber....

..hatten etwas Pech mit dem Zimmer; leider ein etwas älteres mit einigen Mängeln (Problem TV, Stuhl defekt, Bett nicht wie gewohnt)

Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid prachtig zwembad

Toeslag voor de hond 40 euro per nacht is wel overdreven. Zeker wanneer je 4 nachten op dezelfde kamer blijft
