The room was very cold and the heating element was not functioning after couple of hours after check-in, in fact, the heating system is based on turning on when you enter the room so initially when you arrive may expect a "cold welcome". Hotel has no parking place so I had to pay extra parking, far away from hotel. |

The hotel is really central and right next to the cap park which was great I would not stay in this hotel again, as the walls in the rooms must be so thin we could hear everything and everybody. So we did not get much sleep. |

Average hotel located in industrial area with only one alternative restaurant locally as alternative to hotels. Friendly and effiocient staff. Requested double room. Given one with two single beds pushed together! |

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was very good. Excellent location downtown. The rooms were very small, but nicely renovated. The bathroom was huge, but everything was down at one end of it. You were cramped between the toilet, sink, and shower, but the the rest of the room was large. Shower was terrible. |

Drinks facilities in the room would be nice, but I understand some things have to be sacrificed for cost saving. Option to have such items supplied would be a nice option, obviously at additional costs. |

Sowohl bei der Anreise, wie auch beim Frühstück trafen wir auf aufmerksames, freundliches Personal. Die zentrale Lage war für uns perfekt; das Hotel hat eine angenehme Umgebung mit sehr gutem Angebot regionaler Gastronomie. |

Sehr schönes in der Innenstadt von Venlo gelegenes Hotel. Insbesondere die Zimmer sind angenehm gestaltet. Der Fön im Zimmer hat gefehlt |

Gemiddeld hotel, in het centrum van Venlo gelegen. Alles was netjes in orde. Goed ontbijt. Kleine 2-persoonskamer geboekt. Die was idd wel erg klein. Enigszins gehorige kamers (misschien kwam dit ook door de houten vloer en de tv van de buren die hard stond). |
