The rooms are very nice and well decorated, it's more like a house and not an hotel. There are no hotel facilities. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are very nice It's not really child friendly and we were with 2 small children.We parked our car in the parking recommended by the hotel and someone broke into it and smashed the window, it was not a very nice experience thought it can happen everywhere. |

Great location, great value; Joseph very helpful, eclectic furniture; not at all bland. We were 3 couples and had all of 'back house' -more like being at home. |

The hotel is located in an 18th century house and the location is perfect. Room was spacious, staff was great too. The hotel is good value for money, especially considering what some other Maastricht hotels charge rooms could be a bit better sound insulated :) |

Location is good for easy access to Maastricht city centre, quiet, staff very helpful, rooms are tastefully decorated, The bathroom could have done with just a bit more of a cleaning when we arrived. |

No complaints, good size room, bathroom and as previously reviewed there was a kitchenette in the room if you paid an extra 10 euro. Luckily it was not too hot and we did have a fan but the lack of air-con could be a problem and the noise from the night Buses on the cobbles outside the windows was loud (ask for a rear facing room). We declined breakfast at their local restaurant, choosing instead the myriad of cafe's in the nearby streets. Parking is 2 mins from hotel and good value at 7 euro/24hrs. The owner was most helpful, spoke excellent English. We ate both evenings at the small Bassin (Harbour) behind the hotel, (choices of Italian, French, Seafood etc) and although pricey we found the food and service excellent. The noise from the front facing room caused by rumbling buses across cobble streets during the night and lack of air-con. in the room. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the manager, the charming hotel decor, a beautiful bedroom with en suite shhower, near the main squares, good value for money (the price we paid...). We would certainly return. |

Perfect location in the city center`s quite area. Few minutes walk to the market square with many shops, restaurants etc. Spacious room with kitchen facility (extra charge 10 Euro if you use it), nice opportunity if you don’t want eat in the restaurant. Helpful personal. Parking is just 50m from the hotel (7 Euro/day!!!) |

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with fully equipped en-suite bathroom. There was a small kitchen in the room available for guest use for an extra payment.The landlord was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was ideally situated for easy pedestrain access to the centre of the city and, with a slightly longer walk, the railway station. I would have preferred breakfast to have been available on the premises rather than in a nearby restaurant. |

The hotel was intimate and quiet, but in a central location. The rooms were spacious & well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, with lovely sheets, duvet encased in soft duvet cover. Four nice fluffy pillows. Fridge with ice compartment. Large bathroom with deep tub and shower. Couch, chairs, T.V. Breakfast availabe one block away in lovely intimate restaurant on the water. |

De persoonlijke benadering van de heer en mevrouw des huizes.De romantisch/huiselijke inrichting van de kamers en vooral de ontbijtruimte op een andere locatie was zeer sfeervol. Ook aan het ontbijt was aandacht besteed. Kortom, een fijn hotel. |

Er was een koelkast, waterkoker en magnetron aanwezig in de kamer. Hierdoor kon je 's avonds ook lekker op de kamer wat drinken. De kamer en badkamer waren verder erg compleet. Veel lage balken en kroonluchters waar je, als je lang bent, je hoofd regelmatig aan kunt steunen. |

Het hotel is makkelijk te bereiken met de auto, je kan er dichtbij parkeren, we werden zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. We voelden ons direct "thuis". Tevens bleek het hotel op steenworp afstand van de grote markt te liggen. We liepen zo het centrum in. Als je een lichte slaper bent, heb je wellicht last van het verkeer aan de straat kant van het hotel. |

Gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangen. Klein hotel (totaal 5 kamers). Leuke, ruim ingerichte kamers. Ontbijtlocatie is net buiten het hotel, maar helemaal in stijl van het hotel. Perfect verzorgd ontbijt. Gastvrouw vraagt hoe het diner is geweest en waar er gegeten is, geeft tips voor leuke plekken. Gaan er zeker weer naar terug als we weer naar Maastricht gaan. |
