Very large room, nicely furnished, nothing to miss. Room with fridge and little kitchen sink. Bathroom small but new and clean with walk-in shower. Room had not only bed and cupboard, but large couch, two comfy chairs and a desk. Only thing was the tv was really small and you couldn't watch it from the bed as it was opposite the couch. Hotel is in walking distance from the mecc congress centre, so very convenient. Closeby is the a2 motorway, so convenient to reach, but there is a permanent construction site on the motorway (I think they are building a bridge), so there is a lot of noise from the motorway itself and from construction. Parking outside the hotel is not for free everywhere (as stated on their homepage), but the hotel car park is not that expensive (9.50 Euro/day) and seems very secure. Very easy to take the bus from the hotel or congress centre to the city centre/ train station. From there on, shopping and cafes are in walking distance. Bit noisy due to motorway/ tunnel construction (see above). Sometimes not enough staff at the desk, so we had to wait a bit...

Room was sufficiently big and clean. Furniture and decor was bit mixed up in terms of some quite antique and some contemporary. Location - Very close to Maastricht Randwyck station and University. It is a walking distance. Breakfast was ok. Staff could have been more helpful and polite. Room was slightly warm. I did not see any ac ducts. Table Fan is the only equipment in the room for circulation and comfort.

The hotel was priced low given its quality, cleanliness and service levels. It was also extremely quiet and I slept very well - beds and room very comfortable and the decor modern and well kept. My conference was at the university which I thought would be some way away but there is a train staion 80 metres away MaastrichtRanwyck which took me to the City centre within a couple of minutes and it was then a wonderfully pleasant short walk to the University and town centre. Very much enjoyed my stay and will certainly stay there again when I return. Nothing to complain about ....

I liked the Room it was very comfortable. The toilet was small with not enough room in front of your legs when sitting down. We were in room 446. The shower was good. The service area was small but adequate for what we needed. The internet connection was very good. The breakfast was excellent which we enjoyed very much. The parking area was good as well. The Hotel was a bit far from Vrijthof Square where we attended the Andre Rieu Concert on Saturday night. We had to use the car to travel to the square. We managed to find parking without too much trouble. The toilet in Room 446 was small with only a small amount of leg room.

Taking into account the charges the breakfast was absolutely not worth the money. Generally the hotel rates are very high, even for Dutch standards.

The hotel was very close to a train stop and it was only one stop away from the main station of Maastricht. The breakfast in the morning was good. We were also lucky to get free parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is next to a college and hospital. The hotel was converted from a college dormitory. They have made some really nice updates to make it feel like a hotel.

Unfriendly staff. Choose this hotel because of excellent location for start of cycle event, like many others, but hotel staff did not seem to be very flexible for this kind of events. Understaffed on the check-in night before, breakfast time as usual meaning too late for early starters like myself, complaining about bikes in the hotel.. Hotel can do quite a good business on days like this but does not seem to care at all. Although the rooms are good, I won't come back here.

Easy acces to MECC and train station, breakfast okay The condition of the bathroom and entrance of the room was a bit disappointing, not very clean impression and no luxury. Room no. 358. Bedroom was okay. I missed the fresh orange juice in the morning at breakfast. Previous year it was still available.

This hotel is not exactly 4 star hotel! Bad facilities, dirty and small room! It is actually a student dormitory! Also, terribly bad wifi connection. The staff is not friendly when making complaint about the WiFi. The elevator is outside the lobby, it is small and inconvinient. I will never stay in this hotel anymore!!!! Having very bad experience there!! The cost performance index is too low!!!

One member of staff at reception was rather rude, which I would not expect from a hotel staff at all. We chose this place only because everything else reasonably priced was busy. For the price we paid this is poor value for money.
