The very friendly sevice at frontdesk all the time; the facility of lugagestorage at checking out. The much higher rates applicable, while extending our stay. |

The room was spacious. The hotel had a laundry, which was reasonably priced. No aircon, many areas of the hotel did not smell great. No extractor fan or window in the bathroom. Not much in the surrounding area. They also tried to charge us more then our booking confirmed - they also tried to charge more than the advertised price for the laundry. It seems that prices have all gone up, but in-room info has not been updated, and earlier bookings not referred to, so you must be on your guard. We had to insist on paying the advertised prices quite strongly before they agreed. |

The rooms were comfortable and large and the hotel was in a great location with easy access to the centre of town. The tea and coffee was not replaced in the room after the first night and you had to buy your own after this. |

Good value for money. There were significantly strong smells from the drains in the bathroom/shower areas of our bathroom and our friends party. They tried to charge us more than we had confirmed in the booking. |

University Campus location, quite near to the city center by train. Internet acces working good. (During day might be slow because of being open one) Noisy street near by. Room far from being 4 star. Limited amount of free parking places, Private parking 6,5€/night. |

Hotel staff was very pleasant, the room was well organized, clean and spacious. Also very easy to reach from the motorway. Every time we were in the hall or in the basement at the gym facilities, they had wonderful soothing music on. All in all it was great value for money. In the breakfast the trays which were used to put the food in had been wiped with an old cloth so they had a bad smell. As a result I chose to just gather my breakfast to my table and make a few trips to the breakfast counter instead of using the smelly trays. |

Location close to city. Spacious apartment, which was not a hotel room but a rental for students given to us due to overbooking Breakfast is ridiculously overpriced for eur 15 pp. But there is nowhere else to go. Pays to take something yourself.Bathroom was very basic, not even a hook for a towel. But the real rooms are supposed to be better ,and more expensive. |

The little executive bathroom package that contains miniture toothbrush, toothpaste, comb etc is so cute!. Also the bed with its multiple pillows was one of the most othopedic and comfortable bed I ever slept in. As an African, I was pleasantly surprised to find wall murals of an Elephant and Zebra. Top marks for this hotel! The staff attended to me promptly and explained everything. |

Conveniently situated near to the University and public transport services The heater pipes was making an irritation noise that left me sleepless. I was offered another room but the same noise was present. I really did not experience one peaceful nights sleep for my whole stay there. |

Hotel staff very helpful. The themed rooms add an element of fun. There were no restuarants in the vacinity. Only snacks were available at the hotel. Arriving at 9.00pm, we had to travel to the centre to find food. Hotel staff would have helped us to order take away food that could have been eaten at the hotel |

Prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding was redelijk. (Heb geen gastenbeoordelingen gelezen op uw website). |
