Quiet neigbourhood (even during carnaval!). Good train connections. 24 hrs reception. Bit basic, nothing on the wall, no tea making facilities |

The little executive bathroom package that contains miniture toothbrush, toothpaste, comb etc is so cute!. Also the bed with its multiple pillows was one of the most othopedic and comfortable bed I ever slept in. As an African, I was pleasantly surprised to find wall murals of an Elephant and Zebra. Top marks for this hotel! The staff attended to me promptly and explained everything. |

Conveniently situated near to the University and public transport services The heater pipes was making an irritation noise that left me sleepless. I was offered another room but the same noise was present. I really did not experience one peaceful nights sleep for my whole stay there. |

Hotel staff very helpful. The themed rooms add an element of fun. There were no restuarants in the vacinity. Only snacks were available at the hotel. Arriving at 9.00pm, we had to travel to the centre to find food. Hotel staff would have helped us to order take away food that could have been eaten at the hotel |

The hotel is quite "noisy", particularly the noise of the people walking in the loby and preparing for the breakfeast early morning is really unpleasant if you want to sleep! They zshould select "silent " shoes! The metalical structure of the building is the reason, not the staff. |

Internet access was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Handy to convention center. Rates were good. Breakfast was good but expensive. I was not satisfied with some of the linen. The hotel is in a district without many places to eat. It's away from the center of town. For the meeting alone it is OK. |

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und alles war genauso, wie im Internet zuvor beschrieben. Der Service war gut und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war auch sehr gut. Für einen Wochenendtrip ist dieses Hotel sehr gut geeignet. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war viel zu teuer und der Safe war zu klein. |
