Locatie prima, ontbijt zeer goed, aardig en behulpzaam personeel, kamer erg schoon! Diner staat niet in verhouding met prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Kamer was klein.

Het hotel ligt in het centrum met goede parkeerfciliteiten ( extra te betalen ). Het hotel is gedateerd met uitzondering van het sanitair.De waardering met viersterren is veel te hoog.

De man aan de receptie 's avonds was zeer vriendelijk, de andere in de dag beleefd zonder meer. Lekker ontbijt. (Toch iets positief) 4 sterren????Waar???? Kamers oud en klein. Geen warm water in de douche. We hebben het gezegd en we kregen nog geen excuus, alleen dat dit kan gebeuren. 'S morgens aan het ontbijt waren alle tafels gedekt, maar mochten niet zitten waar wij wilden. Daar zien ze ons nooit meer.

Helaas was het voor ons alleen voor de overnachtingen, maar service prima en heerlijk ontbijt. Omgeving erg leuk (voor zover we iets hebben kunnen zien, maar dat lag aan ons schema en niet aan het hotel) Geen hor voor raam/deur, dus vanwege de muggen onmogelijk om iets open te laten, waardoor de eerste ochtend om 7 uur het rookalarm afging. Neem ik aan het gevolg van met zijn 4en slapen in een niet geventileerde ruimte. Douchen was niet zo praktisch omdat alles nat werd, ondanks glazen scherm op badrand.

hotel heeft een prima ligging met een eigen parkeerplaats.(tegen betaling)wij waren met 5 pers.hadden een 2 en 3 pers.kamer,wij kregen met 3 pers 2 kamers met tussendeur en gezamelijke badkamer.Kamers zijn schoon maar wel wat ouder. ontbijt viel wat tegen,daar moesten 2 pers nog voor bij betalen omdat dit niet bij kamer inbegrepen was en de kosten daarvan bedroegen 12,50 p.p dit vonden wij erg duur,brood was namelijk niet echt vers

Geen mening, hebben maar een overnachting gehad. Wel super dat er vlaai besteld kon worden om mee naar huis te nemen. Heel erg gehorig wanneer er iemand langs de hotelkamer loopt.

Het was te kort om er een mening van te geven.het hotel had een goed ontbijt, heb weleens een beter ontbijt gehad in een hotel met minder sterren.De hotelmanager was een chagrijnige man zeker niet klantvriendelijk. Door hem weet ik zeker dat wij nog wel terug gaan naar Valkenburg maar zeker niet in zijn hotel.

Net hotel, schoon, gunstige ligging, om bv Maastricht te boeken of andere plaatsen in en rond zuid Limburg. Prima ontbijtservice. De Bar was om 01.00 dicht. We kwamen met de laatste trein uit Maastricht, wilden nog wat drinken, helaas, en ook geen kamer koelkastje..

Wij vonden het personeel heel erg vriendelijk zowel bij de receptie als aan de overkant en ook heel behulpzaam. De kamer was wat klein maar mooi gerenoveerd. Het ontbijt was uitstekend goed verzorgd en voor ieder wat wils en ruim voldoende. Mochten wij over een paar jaar nog eens naar Andre Rieu gaan komen wij beslist terug in dit Hotel.

Keurig hotel met fraaie kamer. Prima locatie net buiten het drukke centrum van Valkenburg maar wel op vijf minuten loopafstand van dit centrum.
