1. אי אפשר לא לקחת ארוחת בוקר, והמחיר מאוד! יקר לארוחה, יחסית לעלויות של אמסטרדם. 2. מלוכלך!!!!! מאוד. למרות שאמרנו וביקשנו, לא ניקו את הדוש/ שירותים/ כיור אפילו פעם אחת במהלך שהותנו. דבר שהפך את השהיה בחדר לפחות נעימה. וגם! לא החליפו את המצעים של המיטה כל הימים שהיינו שם!. 3. כשהגענו, למרות שביקשנו, החדר לא היה מוכן לפני הצהריים. והמנקה עוד התלבטה אם להחליף מצעים בחדר או לא... תבינו לבד. 4. המגבות הקרועות! 5. העדר סבון לידיים.

It is wonderful ,in fantastic area, close in many sites, so convinient by tram.

We had a 4room but so small in underground. We paid 500 euro for 2 nights for underground room....i think this isn;t moral.

For the price we paid (€65/night), it was excellent. Staff were friendly, breakfast was amazing, the room was good sized, clean and warm. The kettle in the room with coffee and tea was also welcome.

The location was great. Very close to the trams and not far from the center (10 min to rembrandt and another 10 to center). The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice.

Too expensive.

I try to find something good but... Maybe the location??? That's all!

How Accor group can commit itself with such a low quality hotel??

Good Location, walking distance to the City Centre. Good beds. Didn't spend that much time in the hotel. Book it with big discount so no complaints but wouldn't pay the full price. Book only if you can get discount.

Small Rooms, Bathrooms, Basically everything felt pretty small. Basic breakfast, but ok.

I stayed more times in this hotel, and I like very much friendly staff, for Amsterdam is this hotel really 3star, with nice rooms - not so small as in the other hotels, good breakfast. The location is further from centre, but still walking distance from Museums and city centre. Tram stop is very near.

Sometimes is cleaness not 100%.

Nice place

I was really disappointed by the presence of an other ibis just 30 meter far away. They didn't see that my booking was for their neighbour. They take an other booking and says that they was a trouble with the reference on booking.com So they proposed to pay the deference. To clear the situation I had to find the bank transfert on the website of my bank. Only at this time they seen that it was not here where I had booked.

They were really friendly. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was excellent. Easy to go to city center by tram.

The staff were really helpful and sorted out an issue that I had with changing the room from a double to a triple because I had emailed booking.com and had no reply. They even did it a cheaper rate.

My partner and I stayed at Ibis Styles hotel last week for 4 nights. The hotel took us a while to find and was much further from the city centre than we thought. Requires quite a fair amount of walking to main attractions. The hotel itself is really nicely decorated and rooms have tulip printed headboards behind the beds and a painting of an item of clothing on the wall, which is an interesting touch. Bathroom had great power shower and our room also had a balcony. Breakfast was a continental buffet with lots of choice and 'eat as much as you like.' Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would definetly stay here again.

The staff, Rewin on reception in particular, were excellent. A real can-do attitude and nothing was too much trouble.

Narrow twin beds pushed together like a double which was not ideal as we were two friends sharing.

The rooms were stylish and nicely furnished.

Sound Insulation in room wasn't great. Room did not get cleaned every day, nor bed made!

Room quite cold, smelt of smoke. Tea making unit had very short cable so had to balance it on the bed to reach a socket. One table light was broken.

Small rooms with little confort, The descirption in internet is a lot better than reallity. Reception staff was not very friendly, and gave confusing information about parking facilities.

I liked the room, we asked for a double room and when we arrived we had 2 extra single beds!

Staff were polite and very helpful I enjoyed my stay at ibis I have already recommended the hotel to all my family and friends I'm coming to Amsterdam in January And will use ibis for my hotel thank you to the ibis team we had a great holiday

Good location, close to Albert Cuyp market and de Pijp. Free wifi and breatfast, Lidl and Albert Heijn are just around the corner. What else would you wish for?

Very small shower- I'm 6-3 and I had some difficulties standing up while having a shower.
