Bra läge, vänlig betjäning Hade otur vid avresan, beställde (redan kvällen innan) och betalde hotellbussen till Schiphol för nästa morgon. Efter ca 10 minuters väntan på bussen fick vi reda på att bussen havererat (?) och inte skulle komma utan vi fick ta taxi istället. Portieren meddelade på förfrågan att a) bussbolaget vägrade betala merpriset för taxin, b) att taxin skulle kosta 40 Euro. a) kanske inte var hotellets fel men tycker det är för dåligt ändå, b) taxin kostade 50 Euro vilket jag anser hotellet borde känna till bättre än att ge en felmarginal på 25 %! |

The room environment The breakfast is delicious. But it will be too standard as i eat the same food for breakfast everyday for 5 continuous days. |

The breakfast was quite nice, although the breakfast area is quite small. Our room seemed quite small (even though we were upgraded from a standard double to a larger room). Also our room didn't seem as clean as it could've been with a clear lack of attention to detail. Compared to other hotels, Hotel Seasons are definitely sub-standard.I Wouldn't recommend this hotel. |

Staff is very friendly and helpful Only issue was my room was exceptionally hot - as it gets some solar gain, shouldn't be a problem in cold weather though. |

The location, close to the Dutch central bank and lots of public transport. The bed sheets and the room in general could be cleaner. The rooms located on the lower floor should have metal bars on the windows. In my case, during the night, a group of local teenagers either kicked the window or tried to open it from the exterior. If you're looking for a hotel room where you feel safe do not stay at one of the bedrooms in the lower floor. |

Upon arrival I was told there was no room available. I was then sent to Hotel Valken instead. Unfortunately my room was next to the breakfast room, which was extremely noisy from 6am . Unable to sleep due to early morning noise |
