Our restaurant can seat 550 guests. In addition to a buffet (on Friday, Saturday and Sunday), a children’s menu and vegetarian dishes are available. We offer a wide range of fish and meat dishes, completed by fresh seasonal products.
We would also like to welcome you for the most important meal of the day – for breakfast. Crispy rolls fresh from the oven and an extensive breakfast buffet guarantees a good start of the day.
A cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon sun – you can enjoy all of this on our terrace.
Bar
In our Bar we serve just the right drink for everybody: thus we do not only offer hot and cold non-alcoholic beverages but also a great number of different beers and cocktails as well as various whiskeys, cognacs or liqueurs at favourable rates. In summer you can enjoy a drink on the bar terrace, in winter you can sit around the open fire for an aperitif or delicious cocktail before bed.

The staff were generally rude, did not attend to any complaints, failed to carry out simple tasks despite being repeatedly asked and the worse thing by far is the smell in all the corridors and bath rooms which could only be described as a smell of sewage. When going for breakfast early (but within supposed opening hours) not all of the breakfast options were ready and despite our comments, nothing changed (€12 is a lot for limited options). |

Good in most respects, nothing to complain about. This is a very large hotel with conferencing for 1000 delegates, so it is hospitality on an industrial scale. But professionally run, good menu and good service. The only problem we had was finding the place. There should be a much larger sign on the road. The proximity of a very large chemical plant might also be seen as a disadvantage but as the company which owns it is the hotel's biggest client, this is not going to change. |

The location is great, close to the A2 motorway and industry (DSM premisses). It makes this hotel perfect for business overnight stays. I suppose it's OK for tourist stays as well, with Maastricht and the Limburg hilly scenery closeby. Breakfast could start a little earlier for my convenience ( 6 or 6.30 AM) |

Ligging en bereikbaarheid Keuken was erg slecht, hebben hoofdgerecht teruggestuurd naar de keuken. Kok heeft slechte kwaliteit erkent en is niet berekend. Ontbijt is voor de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding te duur. Slechte bediening bij bakken spiegelei. Schoonmaak hotelkamer matig uitgevoerd. Moesten bellen voor herstel. |

Zoals altijd, in alle Van der Valk Hotels waar ik tot nu toe verbleef, uitstekende accomodaties, zeer vriendelijke service, comfortabele kamers, uitstekende gerechten in het Restaurant een gezellige Bar. Het is steeds een beetje thuis komen bij Van der Valk !!! Ik vond het alleen een beetje jammer toen ik vroeg om mijn avondmaal op het terras te nuttigen dat ik als antwoord kreeg "Liever niet want we hebben alles reeds opgeruimd !!" Dit was om 20.45 Hr !! en het was 24 graden Celsius buiten !! Nadien bleek dat de serveerster even de dienst had overgenomen omdat de vaste serveerster in pauze was. De service nadien was wederom uitstekend, alleen jammer dat ik mijn maaltijd in een, voor mij niet zo aangename toestand, moest consumeren. |
