If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 5.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

vriendelijk onthaal, goed ontbijt, voldoende confort, parkeergelegenheid,in het restaurant was het avondmaal eveneens heel goed prijs kwaliteit. s'avonds bij aankomt kon je geen kleinigheid eten, enkel menu. |

Heel sfeervol ingericht, op sommige momenten "met originele details" en attente bediening. Het restaurant is uitstekend! Het hotel kent een fraaie ligging met uitzicht op het Gerendal. Een perfect uitgangspunt voor mooie wandelingen! |

De hartelijkheid en aandacht. Wij wandelden de heuvel4daagse en kregen elke dag een lekker presentje mee en bij thuiskomst koffie en wat lekkers. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontvangst en heel erg gastvrij. Heel mooie locatie, in de heuvels. Wel langs een redelijk drukke weg. Wij zaten echter aan de achterkant en hadden mooi uitzicht op deze heuvels. Leuk terras aan achterzijde ook. Bed is redelijk klein voor 2 personen. |

De gastvrije ontvangst en vriendelijke service. Het ontbijt en diner waren prima, prettig eveneens dat voldoende parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar is. Wellicht spinnenwebben in het buitenkozijn verwijderen, en als de handdoeken tijdens het ontbijt worden verschoond is wellicht ook een snelle schoonmaak van de badkamer aan te bevelen. |

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en relaxed. De omgeving is heel mooi. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd evenals de door ons genuttigde avondmaaltijd. De hotelkamer is wel erg verouderd. Het bed slaapt wel lekker. Het is nogal gehorig. Badkamer is netjes, maar ook verouderd. Een beetje kleur zou de kamer goed doen. |

Hotel met veel rust, goede keuken , zeer vriendelijk onthaal, zeer mooi terras met uitzicht op de Limburgse heuvels. In zijn prijsklasse aan te raden. |

Vriendelijk personeel, leuke ontvangst. Het is een knus hotel met schone kamers en goede boxspring-bedden, uitstraling hoort bij het pand, knus en gezellig. gehorige kamers, hotel ligt tegenover een kerk waarvan de klok ieder uur te horen is, ook s'nachts. tevens ligt het hotel langs een drukke doorgaande weg. Wij zaten aan de achterkant en hadden daar gelukkig geen last van. Het ontbijt is niet super uitgebreid, maar genoeg. |
