Very friendly and helpful staff. The tower rooms were not noisy at all. Large and clean bathroom! No coffee maker in the room.

Room was clean Staff was very very unpersonal Room was very dark, especially the bathroom Bathroom was very cold while the room was to hot Room has an awfull lot of windnoise because there is no door to the bathroom

We enjoyed having a big room for the three of us. Beautiful bathrooms with double sinks. We took advantage of the lounge area one morning with our family of 9. Location was great for the plans we had made. It is very nice to wake up to a beautiful breakfast buffet as well. Your staff were always helpful and courteous. Thank you for the nice stay.

Goed :ligging netheid etc slecht : alhoewel ik een credit card getoond heb , moest ik toch van te voren betalen. < en wat we sávonds genuttigd hadden , daarvoor werd snachts nog op de deur geklopt , waarschijnlijk om ook dit alsnog te betalen . Het vertrouwen in de klant is dus niet erg groot , en ik zal dus geen gebruik meer maken van dit hotel. Ik reis erg veel inter zowel als nationaal , en heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt.

Grosses, sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, gutes Restaurant, gute Lage, Das ganz Hotel und das Zimmer waren uns persönlich etwas im zu dunklen Styl gehalten, wir mögen es etwas heller, aber das ist ja jedermans Geschmacksache.

Wat mij opviel was dat het personeel in het restaurant erg vriendelijk en oplettend is. Ontvangst was prima. Mijn man wil niet in de lift maar we zaten op de tweede etage en konden er niet met de trap komen. Wij logeerde in de torenkamer.

Keurig hotel, niet de mooiste v.d.Valk... Service prima, eten ook. Verlichting kamer matig (torensuite). Inrichting Torensuite beetje simpel en slechts functioneel, kan iets luxere uitstraling hebben.

alles helemaal prima en vlakbij Heerenveen waar wij naar toe gingen om het NK schaatsen te kijken. Leuk dat bijna alle team van schaatsers ook bij van de Valk logeerdn geen klachten

Personeel vriendelijk en zeer klantgericht. Bedden waren "doorzakkers" in onze kamer. Om die reden niet goed geslapen. Hopelijk geldt dit niet voor alle kamers. Wij hadden een torenkamer.
