Nice hotel with nice big rooms. I was shocked, if cleaner has roblem clean our room!! I showed my room to personal and manager too, and all were ready. Cleaner must do her work!! This hotel doesń t respect dog on the room, and my dog sleep in the car. Of course, I respect it! But we hve two controls in our rooms in the night of personal of hotel. I was shocked! This hotel is not cheap and I think, clenear can clean our room. I travel on the all world and I never see it! I never have problem! I and my friends will be go never to these hotels.

A very good family room at a fair price. Excellent breakfast, Short on vegetable but otherwise good. A bit far away from most attractions in Friesland, we drove more or less an hour to each direction every day.

We enjoyed having a big room for the three of us. Beautiful bathrooms with double sinks. We took advantage of the lounge area one morning with our family of 9. Location was great for the plans we had made. It is very nice to wake up to a beautiful breakfast buffet as well. Your staff were always helpful and courteous. Thank you for the nice stay.

The room was big and clean. At firt the water in the bathtab didn't run at all, but the staff fixed it immediately. There wasn't a tissue box in the room. (better to have one in room) Safety box was out of service and didn't work. The door of the bath room was taken away. The hotel said the door had problem and they took away, but the humidity became very high in the entire room after we took the bath, and wasn't comfotable.

direct aan Snelweg ,prima.grote Kamers met prima comfort we aldaar ook 2 x s,avonds gegeten.jammer ,dat kan veel beter ,bediening was prima en snel ,maar verzorging van de maaltijd werkelijk super slecht.dit is geen fabel,want wij eten 2 tot 3 maal buitendeur,maar zo slecht verzorgd komen we weinig tegen.

Heerlijke grote kamer met dito badkamer. Voor familie op doorreis met 2 kleine kids ideaal. Heerlijke barruimte om even te relaxen. Prachtige kinder-WC. Hoewel inmiddels normaal : 14,50 voor een ontbijt blijft veel geld. Wel enorme keus en prima spullen.

We konden lekker buiten zitten. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was erg lekker.Voorts was de kamer ruim en proper.

Van het mooie weer, zodat we buiten op het gezellige terras konden eten en aardig werden bediend. Ook het feit dat we op onze kamer (ik was met m'n zus ter ere van haar 60ste verjaardag) twee fijne gemakkelijke stoelen stonden zodat we niet steeds op onze bedden hoefden te zitten.Van de ruimte en de rust. We misten een koffie/thee voorziening op de kamer wat we erg jammer vonden. De kussens waren vodjes, maar gelukkig vonden we in de kast nog 2 kussens. De kamer was met name 's nachts te warm.

kwaliteit van de service. De torenkamers zijn wel erg gehorig vanwege de airco installaties op het onderliggende dak. Het raam kan derhalve niet open.Daarnaast: de kussens zijn niet fris. Ruiken erg naar voorgaande gasten.

de grote kamer en de ruime badkamer bij het inchecken is er teveel berekend. Dit is later door onszelf geconstateerd en herrekend.Bij het bestelde lunchpakket waren geen drankjes toegevoegd, hadden we wel aangekruisd.

Prachtige ruime (familie-) kamer met een grote, vooral schone badkamer met regendouche en bubbelbad, zeer comfortabel. Vriendelijk personeel en een meer dan goed diner en verzorgd uitgebreid ontbijt.

Al je wensen worden prompt ingewillegd. Zeer professioneel en verzorgd. Dit is niet de eerste keer dat we in een Van der Valk hotel verblijven. Het lijkt erop dat deze keten zijn kwaliteitsnormen goed weet te beheersen.

De badkamerfaciliteiten waren excellent! het diner in het restaurant s avonds was ook prima, bediening zeer behulpzaam. De kamer had een mooi uitzicht op wolvega en zag er luxe uit. goede bedden. mooie grote tv, kortom een echt geslaagd verblijf hier! wat ontbrak was informatie over hotel faciliteiten op de kamer: hoe laat ontbijten? wat is er te doen in en om het hotel? meestal ligt er een mapje maar dat was niet het geval. de receptioniste was ook niet heel erg vriendelijk maar zakelijk. Toen ik bijv. om de menukaart vroeg (omdat we wilden weten of we er die avond zouden eten) keek ze vreemd op maar haalde de menu kaart wel, zonder verder iets te zeggen. Verder jammer dat je apart voor WIFI moet betalen. In zo'n hotel verwacht ik dat het gratis is/bij de prijs inzit.

Keurig hotel, niet de mooiste v.d.Valk... Service prima, eten ook. Verlichting kamer matig (torensuite). Inrichting Torensuite beetje simpel en slechts functioneel, kan iets luxere uitstraling hebben.

Een uitstekende ligging, prima verzorging en service. Een aanrader en zeer zeker door ons nogmaals te boeken als wij in Friesland moeten zijn, hetzij zakelijk of met de familie.
