Van der Valk Hotel 's-Hertogenbosch - Vught is easily accessible from highways A2 and N65. There is free parking and the center of Den Bosch is a 5-minute car ride away. There is a bus stop across the street. All rooms have air conditioning, a balcony and a private bathroom with a bathtub. There is a restaurant, a lounge and a piano bar. The terrace is nice during summer days and there is a fitness room and sauna to relax. The Efteling is located a 20-minute car ride from Van der Valk 's Hertogenbosch - Vught. Very comfortable and quiet rooms, good food, helpful employees Little choice on TV, expensive Internet (25€/ week) and no Wifi in almost all the rooms. Bike rent to go to the city also very expensive.

Kindness of staff, big parking place, fine rooms, breakfast quality. Small thing: entrance to the hotel rooms. Gate closed, when being late you go through a sand path.

Pillows were exceptionally uncomfortable. Due to the popularity of the restaurant, parking in the evening was very difficult. And there are no other options for parking other than the hotel parking lot.

Nice food, very nice hotel inside. the piano bar is worth a visit. the walk to our room. the hotel is only 2 or 3 stories high and with over 190 rooms, you might end up with a 2min+ walk to your room, not ideal if you were an eldery couple or with children

Standard rooms are big and really clean with a nice bathroom. We were located on the ground floor next to main entrance. It means that it was a little bit noisy and unfortunately doors are not soundproof.

The food in the restaurant was good and the room was comfortable When we checked out they had no record of the agreed price through booking.com, they also tried to charge us for an internet card which we did not have. Their attitude suggested they didnt believe us. The room was comfortable and clean but did smell as though it had been a smoking room

At dinner I was left waiting for a table for a long time and made to feel I was imposing as a table was eventually and grudgingly prepared for me (it was only 8pm). Noisiest hotel I have stayed in - ever - with other guests roaming the corridor and slamming doors at 2am In check-in I was not asked if I wanted to add a breakfast option.Room was difficult to find. It was quiet, comfortable and the food was excellent. The location was ideal for our needs. My credit card was used to guarantee my stay and a charge was raised on that credit card. I was not aware that this is a common practice at this hotel. As my credit card was used fraudently 3 months ago, it caused me some concern until I found about this practice.
