This restaurant has a variety of dishes, all of which are prepared with care by the students. The dishes are based on the New Dutch cuisine, with added influences from around the world.

Loved the efforts everyone was extending to make our stay pleasant although I had to request a few things such as having the cups and tea replaced once the room had been cleaned but someone was always there to attend to our requests in spite of the very nice experience with the staff learning their trade since this is a school, I think it's important to make sure guests understand that it is just that and one needs to ask while one may be used to have things taken care of as part of the service of a top hotel. |

The students who staff the hotel could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The hotel is on a University site and though the hotel bits are beautifully clean and well decorated it is a bit odd having to walk past a lecture theatre to get to one's bedroom. That said don't miss out on this experience, which other four star hotel in the world would have 12 friendly and competant staff all falling over themselves to make you welcome and not looking expectantly for a tip. Wonderful and well priced too! |

The staff/students were professional, enthusiastic & helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The room & bathroom were emaculately decorated & clean. The beds were comfortable & the breakfast enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay & would be very happy to stay there again. The hotel rooms are a long walk through the university hallways from the hotel reception, making them difficult to access for anyone who may be have mobility needs. |

Excelllent room, unobtrusive staff, hotel philosophy (one of these - "serendipity" - realy works :) ), five minutes of walking from the central part of Leeuwarden. Is it possiable to mark out hotel zone from university halls or to provide a shorter cut to the rooms? |

The students who are running the hotel were very friendly and open to visit with us. Late at night there were various noises--like door slamming, loud talking and music--that were a hindrance to sleeping well. |

The staff (students) were all greatly attentive and happy to help. Very pleasant company. Lots of nice touches, from the way the room was prepared to how the meals were served. Highly recommendable. |

The warm, open and very friendly welcome. The friendly and very good service during the whole stay. The beautiful room and bathroom. The breakfast and dinner service. It was almost perfect. Very good in price and quality. It was a pleasure staying there. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, uitstekende kamer. De locatie, een leeromgeving vonden wij extra leuk. Er ging het nodige fout maar attenter personeel ben ik nergens tegengekomen. Op loopafstand van het dorp Leeuwarden (wij vonden dit geen stad). |

De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. De extratjes zoals koffie en thee op de kamer, ee krant en kaarten. Ze lopen met je mee om je kamer te laten zien, dit is ook wel nodig, omdat het hotel in een school zit. De correctheid en beleefdheid van het personeel. De tv mag wel iets groter zijn. |

Kamer was keurig netjes, personeel behulpzaam Personeel was in opleiding wat ook erg duidelijk te merken was. Beetje moeizame 'in' en 'uit' check conversatie's. Desalnietemin een prima 'prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding! Zeker een aanrader. |

Het ontvangst was prima en de service idem. Een rondleiding naar de hotelkamer was niet overbodig en werd in alle rust gedaan. De sfeer was hartelijk en gastvrij. Het ligt lekker dicht bij het centrum. Het parkeren was wat onduidelijk door de werkzaamheden rond het hotel. goed werklicht in de kamer werd gemist. Veel spaarlampen, waardoor het schemerig is. De make-up spiegel hangt zo hoog dat je daar niets aan hebt en zeker niet als je ook geen bril op hebt.... |
