The family room is very well conceived and nice to stay in. The baby cot did not have any matress and bed sheets. We borrowed the mattress from the neighbouring room (our friends) who did not need it. The dishes in the kitchenette were very basic. Missing bowls for baby food (breakfast cereals) and a place where to put the dished to dry after washing by hand. Also missing large bowls for the children breakfast in the hotel restaurant. |

Personeel zeer gastvrij en kamer en hotel zeer netjes en sfeervol Niet tevreden is een groot woord.ontbijt van af 8.00 uur en de eerste boot vertrekt al om 8.30. hierdoor geen mogelijkheid tot het nuttigen van een ontbijt voor vertrek.Heb hier trouwens best begrip voor. |

Ik vond de klantgerichtheid erg goed en vond dat het hotel een verzorgde gezellig sfeer uitademt. Verder is het ontbijtbuffet prima en kamers netjes, bedden comfortabel. Het hotel is erg gehorig. We konden de buren bijna letterlijk verstaan, ook al praatten zij op gedempte toon. Je voelt je daardoor niet vrij in je doen en laten. |

De kamer die we geboekt hadden was ruim, beschikt over goede bedden en alle nodige zaken. Prima. Het personeel dat om 9 uur 's morgens over de gangen met veel lawaai aan het werk was. Verstoort de ochtendrust. |

Prima gelegen in centrum Nes bij alle terrasjes en restaurants. Nieuw gebouwd hotel met de voor-en nadelen daarvan. Sfeervolle ontbijtzaal met prima service van het personeel. Sommige kamers (wij zijn aanvankelijk geruild van kamer bij aankomst) liggen erg gehorig bij een fietsenstalling. Voor vroege slapers levert dit geluidsoverlast op. |
