Rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and very helpful.Breakfast was good. Zonne was well placed to visit Amsterdam,Keukenhof and other tourist attractions. Tea making facilities were not provided and there were a lot of very steep stairs. |

wir sind einen tag eher abgereist, dass hat man uns nicht berechnet, sehr coulant. das Zimmer war dermassen klein, ein stuhl ,- teil gepäck hatten wir im auto. preis war viel zu hoch für so ein zimmer. Frühstück war in Ordnung, gegessen haben wir dort nicht. zimmer im zweiten stock, hoch über zwei sehr schmalle treppen. |

Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns sofort ein fehlendes Handtuch gebracht. Frühstück ausreichend und ansprechend angerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und wäre eigentlich eher für 1 Person in Ordnung gewesen. Das Auschecken war leider ein bißchen problematisch, da die zuständige Mitarbeiterin erst um 8:30 h erschien. |

der Service,die Damen und Herren vom Service waren sehr nett,aufmerksamund sehr freundlich.Das Frühstückwar ok,das Abendessen sehr gut. das Bad in Zimmer 1,die Badewanne/Dusche hatte in den Ecken große Ablagerungsflecken.Zimmer 27 erdrücken(hatten wir Gottseidank nur eine Nacht.) |
