Frendliness and professional attitude of the staff. The staff on reception should also be commended on the help I received on leaving the hotel with items remaining in the room and later being returned to me in Ireland |

In the first place I did not personaaly stay at the hotel but made the booking for 4 friends. The hotel rooms and service at the front desk was very good. I have answered yes in the question below because the hotel is fine, but would recommend eating out of doors. From our point of view there is a lot to be done about the service and quality of the restaurant. The service was poor, even at breakfast. I was invited to join my friends so I was there in the morning. It was 9 o'clock and were sent from table to table, then sat at a table that wasn't cleared of someone elses crumbs and on top of that were dealt with in a sourly manner. |

The hotel is very conformtable with very good quality modern furnishings and relaxing decor. The bedrooms were beautiful with fantastic beds and luxury bathrooms as standard. |

The staff was excellent, the facilities are outstanding,the decorations are beautiful and the setting is very peaceful. The sitting chair in the room is useless, very uncomfortable. I would like a coffee shop for a light breakfast for those of us not on an expense account. |

Excellent hotel. Very beautiful rooms and deco in the bar. It is very close to the Highway and to Utrecht center. The service at breakfast was not excellent. It would also be great to have room service. |
