El hotel nos ofreció la posibilidad de hacer un upgrade a una suite, dado que la habitación deluxe no tiene cama de matrimonio, sino dos camas (atención!) a un precio muy razonable. El hotel en sí tiene un diseño muy cuidado y muy original. La comida es excelente a un precio muy razonable, y el equipamiento de la habitación es maravilloso, como las vistas. La habitación tenía bastante polvo (TV y mesitas de noche), y eché de menos un pequeño libretín con instrucciones para el manejo del A/C y la iluminación, especialmente la del espejo del baño. El restaurante podría tener la carta expuesta, sin tener que pedirla, o bien en la habitaciones. |

La amabilidad de los empleados El que no hubiese ni agua en las habitaciones. No habia ni servicio para café o te, el minibar estaba vacio sin nada y no habia ni una botella de agua. Para tomar algo habia que llamar al servicio de habitaciones, pero si necesitabas beber a media noche, tocaba agua del grifo. Por lo demás era perfecto |

This hotel is on A27, very close to Shureguard Self-storage in Utrecht, where we are keeping some of our belongings. It is very convenient for us. We thought we were just looking for a motel or a B & B type of room for our visit to the self-storage place, when making our booking which was to be € 60 for a standard double room. But, we were really delighted to find such a beautiful big hotel on our arrival. We were even more surprised to walk into our very tastefully-furnished room in which we found with great delight a large jacuzzi bath together with a separate big shower cabinet in which there was a large rain forest shower head ! We love everything in this hotel, i.e. their furnishing style as well as their food ! Although originally not planning to have our dinner that night in the hotel, we nonetheless were so attracted to the beautifully-decorated elegant dining room on the ground floor, that we decided to have a big dinner in there, and we also dressed up for it ! But, what a great pity, that we found most of their guests too casually dressed all around the entire hotel, really a shame. That is the only pity we felt about this hotel, as everything is so beautiful in this hotel, and while all staff were so poshly dressed serving us especially in the dining room(s), most guests dressed in such a casual manner and too many children making too much noise in the dining room on the first floor. Wonder if the hotel is afraid of setting a fine dress code, in case they cannot draw enough guests or diners… ? |

The room was fantastic, great decor, spacious and clean. The bathroom had a jacuzzi, and my son loved it too much to get out of the bath!! We had an excellent stay - much better than what we expected. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a car as the location is a bit inconvenient. |

Easy to reach, good size room, excellent bath room, excellent breakfast and evening meals. Best of all: the most comfortable bed I have ever had in any hotel! Lack of room service in non-suite rooms, same (therefore?) for lack of breakfast in room. Also, the TV kept switching its 'display size' every few seconds, causing it to flicker and spoil the viewing of TV... |

Lovely view. Friendly helpful staff. Good strong shower. Lovely clean bedding and comfortable bed. Would have liked a kettle in my room. I was on a special diet needed to mix some food packs. Also, room a bit cold. Think an instruction sheet for initial operation of lights and heating system would be helpful. |

In the first place I did not personaaly stay at the hotel but made the booking for 4 friends. The hotel rooms and service at the front desk was very good. I have answered yes in the question below because the hotel is fine, but would recommend eating out of doors. From our point of view there is a lot to be done about the service and quality of the restaurant. The service was poor, even at breakfast. I was invited to join my friends so I was there in the morning. It was 9 o'clock and were sent from table to table, then sat at a table that wasn't cleared of someone elses crumbs and on top of that were dealt with in a sourly manner. |

The staff was excellent, the facilities are outstanding,the decorations are beautiful and the setting is very peaceful. The sitting chair in the room is useless, very uncomfortable. I would like a coffee shop for a light breakfast for those of us not on an expense account. |
