The welcome you get from the staff when booking in as well as the service they provide. Rooms are not sound proof so you hear when the guy next door has a shower etc. |

when i arrived there was no booking made . even though i gave a copy of my booking ref, i waited nearly one hor, then had to book in as normal, for the same price as yourcompany quoted . |

The staff was very nice. On my way out I droped my jacket and could not find it, they immidiately found it and returned back to me! Really appreciated it! |

Rooms neat. Location (airport). Shuttle service from and to airport. (I only used the hotel for the night before my flight back to SA.) A scale for weighing baggage would be valuable, in order for travellers to decide whether or not they should pay for overweight baggage (and how much) electronically. (It is cheaper to pay for overweight baggage when checking in electronically, than having to pay at the check-in counter.) |

The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean with a nice shower. it was very quiet even though it was close to the airport. The shuttle bus ran regularly and the hotel was only about 7 minutes from the airport. |

closeness to airport and free shuttle bus Some of the staff were rather incompetent, failing to include breakfast despite my request at check-in, and later refusing to accept my payment for breakfast at the restaurant on 4th floor OR the reception desk on the ground floor. I made the escalator trip up and down twice, after which I gave up on the whole breakfast idea. It was frustrating. |

The hotel is conviniently located from Schiphol airport and the free airport shuttle service is the best option to go anywhere in Amsterdam. yes! they do not allot the room till 1200noon and after a long flight it is too inconvinient for people to wait. |

Although 3 ladies were sitting at check-in counter, they kept us waiting for 5 mins before providing any service. Hotel staff could not find our reservation. At last they assigned me a room which was not cleaned up.... |

the convenience of the airport shuttle was good, and the shuttleitself is easy to get from both the airport and the hotel the receptioner was unfriendly and no very helpful. He gave us a irritated look and made us feel not welcome. The key card of our room did not work twice which let me to walk down to the recption again |

Convenient transfer by shuttle to airport; good choices of restaurants within one building; convenient breakfast option. Difficulty logging in on computers, lost money, but were refunded twice by helpful staff. Both money changing machines were out of order. |
