I liked the two restaurants and the Cafe. It is unusual to find an ibis with food provision of that standard. I would liked to have seen a menu with more choices particularly in the American Diner Cafe,although the quality of the food was good. I thought the airport shuttle was also well organised and efficient

The Cafe closed at unreasonable times there was no way of obtaining light snacks and refreshments without having to enter the bar. This situation was further aggrevated by the lack of room service and no tea making facilities in the room especially for late arrivals. I have stayed here numerous times.

It was convenient to the airport with good shuttle service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and comfortable. The "hamburger restaurant" on the second floor had only one employee who had to do all the table waiting and the cooking herself, so the waiting was very long despite her very hard work.

The hotel offers a great value for business travelers. The choices of restuarants and services at teh hotel are excellant and it is only a short shuttle ride to the airport if you wish to take a train downtown. The staff is always courteous and knowledgable. It is the only hotel I use in Amsterdam. The price of the ice cream in the lobby. REALLY?

The free shuttle to the airport passes very frequently, and from the airport to go to the city center by train. Very very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Free wifi in all the hotel. Breakfast expensive. Far from city center. There is nothing in the vicinity.

It looked much better on the internet. Room was very basic not even a kettle to make a coffee. They charged the city tax twice and said that was just what they did and we had to pay.

Convenient location with excellent shuttle bus service. Good choice of restaurants I ordered a wake up call for 5:45 a.m. but nothing happened. Maybe I made a mistake and should have put 05:45.

The free and frequent shuttle from the airport to the hotel plus the reasonable cost and adequate rooms made this choice perfect for our need to have a place to stay for an am flight from airport following morning. And the French restuarant turned out to be fine as well.

It is economical and yet not far from schiphols. Provides shuttle service to and from airport. Friendly counter staffs. Need to pay for the tv entertainment. Wifi network speed in the room not stable and consistent.

Location -- the outside looks pleasant. I had a chance to compare it with Ibis Frankfurt. Ibis Amstredam Airport lookes much worse: there were trays with very intidy, unfinished food on the floor in corridor, in several places, including our door, even though we arrived late, and there was time to clean this off; the bathroom was poorly equipped -- there were no hooks, eve, to hang things on while in shower; the room was extremeyl small for 2 persons

Close to Amsterdam, Schiphol Aurport, and has the advantage of a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Despite stating clearly on my bioking tha I was disabled, the room was not big enough to manouevre my wheelchair in. If you are confined to a wheelchair, I would recommend contacting the hotel before booking, to try to ensure you get a suitable room.

The location was everything! We picked this hotel because of it's proximity to Schiphol Airport as we had booked all of our excursions from the airport. The bus to downtown Amsterdam was a short walk from the hotel, so it was very convenient, the hotel shuttle was also a big bonus. The addition of three restaurants was also appealing, however we only ate at the French one & the food was good & reasonably priced for the location. The buffet breakfast was overpriced. We took the shuttle to the airport each morning to enjoy a breakfast at half the price.
