Ibis Amsterdam Airport  

I liked the two restaurants and the Cafe. It is unusual to find an ibis with food provision of that standard. I would liked to have seen a menu with more choices particularly in the American Diner Cafe,although the quality of the food was good. I thought the airport shuttle was also well organised and efficient

Conveniently close to airport with a convenient shuttle for an early morning flight.

Long lineup to check in and check out. People were jumping the line causing conflict and hotel staff did not manage the sitation. As we were waiting, one of the clerks unbelivieably closed down one of the checkout desks and left. Rude front desk staff. My room was dirtly. The bathroom had a disgustingly strong smell of dried urine. The toilet was dirtly. The shower stall had turned grey with grime and was in need of scrubbing. There were long hairs stuck to the wall and counter. The ceiling tiles are stained. I was awoken in the middle of the night with the sound of heels clomping on the laminate floor on the room above me. The towels and bedding are grey and tattered. I am not usually a fussy traveller, but I would definitely avoid this hotel.

A big new hotel with a few restaurants, nice cleane rooms and really pleasant and quick service at a hotel check-in desk. I appreciated shuttle bus going from the hotel to the airport and back several times in an hour.

Close to the airport, reasonably priced.

I forgot to mention that the shower drain in my room was clogged.

Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Room clean and well presented. Good, value for money restaurants. Shuttle bus to Airport very regular and really convenient.

Convenient location, and the attentiveness of the staff

The amount of noise caused by groups of people at 2-3am it would help if there was signage down the corridors to remind people that be considerate of those sleeping and to refrain from making loud noises.

the room was not prepared very well, at 6.00 am chairs and tables were being moved around the venue, thus waking me up. no bar facility other than a vendor machine with no clear instructions about tokens etc i think i was over charged from my orginal booking but did not have the details to question it.. not good at all
