Отличный недорогой отель. Очень дружелюбный персонал, шикарный пруд на территории и чистые номера. Похоже, недавно был отремонтирован.Бесплатный шаттл до Скипхола. Удобно. |

близко к аэропорту, регулярный шатл чистая душевая - и все будет отлично. в этот раз мне наверное просто не повезло. в предыдущий - все было чисто. |

Desk Manager was quite good as my Booking.com reservation was not in thier system and I had no reservation and was left High and Dry by Booking.com. Hotel management honored my resevation. Ibis strategy is to charge the guests for virtually everything as an add- on, so you want anything beyond a basic bed, you will have to pay a fee and the fees are fairly steep. |

The staff and the facilities were excellent. I could not find a way of making to room cooler without opening the window but doing that made it noisy. |

The hotel was modern and clean. It's quite comfortable and the hotel staffs were able to check us in and out quickly. The hotel room is a little cramp. |

Cleanliness Meat market style check in, didn't offer a adapter to borrow at reception I had to buy one for 10 Euros from the on site store. Wwa not a 99 Euro hotel more a 70/80 Euro hotel. |

Perhaps the best Ibis I stayed. Large lobby, different choices of dining, and a perfect breakfast. Convenient location, just 5 minutes from Schiphol. I stayed in the ground floor and I woke up with the sound of grass cutting machine at 8 in the morning-this could be made a bit later. Although I have made reservation for 2 seperate rooms, the reception staff said I had only 1 room reservation but thanks God they had free rooms. What if they didn't have?? I double checked my reservation details and I was right-I made 2 room reservations but their system was somehow incorrect. |

Reception desk was efficent and prompt, and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. the rooms are rather small, specially the one where we stayed on 06 October 09. There was no refrigerator or hair dryers in the rooms. |

The staff were pleasant and helpful and it was about 15 minutes from the airport and there was a good shuttle service. There were no porters to help with suitcases. No left luggage area. No room service. No facilities for coffee or tea in the room. Due to not many guests only the pasta/pizza cafe was operating which was expensive for Italian food. |

The location is very convenient to the airport and the shuttle service to the airport was frequent and right on schedule. The room was very cold, and even with the radiator on full blast, it took several hours to warm up. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone wishing a lengthy visit to Amsterdam, as the city is a long way off. |

The Ibis hotel was relatively low cost and quite convenient to the Amsterdam airport. I also liked that you provided free bus service to the airport. Check in was a bit slow |

The bar staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the airport was convenient. There were very few facilities at the hotel. There was no coffee and tea facilities in the room and no help with bags. There was very little room to put anything. The staff were not at the counter when we wanted to check out and hence we missed the shuttle and had to wait for another. The cost was high for what was provided. The hotel had no record of our booking. |

Peaceful location near the airport. Hotel shuttle bus connects to the airport pretty well from early morning to late night. Absolutely in the middle of nowhere -- forcing you to use the hotel services, restaurants etc. Room price is a little too high compared to what you get. Internet price outrageous, no printing possibilities. |

reception was great and the free shuttle service to & from airport was superb which was very advantageous and main reason for staying there was the location near the airport and the rate The charges for the internet computer service were excessive and you were unable to print out any boarding pass which was frustrating |
