Shuttle bus operating frequently and on time. A typically Ibis Hotel with enough facilities to suit most needs. Nice bar area although some light snacks in the bar apart from some peanuts would have been appreciated. If you were really desperate for a Mcdonalds there is one just across the road and for any aircraft enthusiasts this is situated alongside one of the runways. |

Convenient to the airport and from the train station. Professional staff who knows that people come in to the hotel tired, dirty, hungry, in transit, and help them get their rooms, food and transport quickly. Just the food in the restaurant -- could have been better quality. |

The welcome you get from the staff when booking in as well as the service they provide. Rooms are not sound proof so you hear when the guy next door has a shower etc. |

when i arrived there was no booking made . even though i gave a copy of my booking ref, i waited nearly one hor, then had to book in as normal, for the same price as yourcompany quoted . |

The staff was very nice. On my way out I droped my jacket and could not find it, they immidiately found it and returned back to me! Really appreciated it! |

Rooms neat. Location (airport). Shuttle service from and to airport. (I only used the hotel for the night before my flight back to SA.) A scale for weighing baggage would be valuable, in order for travellers to decide whether or not they should pay for overweight baggage (and how much) electronically. (It is cheaper to pay for overweight baggage when checking in electronically, than having to pay at the check-in counter.) |

The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean with a nice shower. it was very quiet even though it was close to the airport. The shuttle bus ran regularly and the hotel was only about 7 minutes from the airport. |

There were many resturants to choose from, with different price ranges.The rooms were very clean. The bus service to the airport is great! |

closeness to airport and free shuttle bus Some of the staff were rather incompetent, failing to include breakfast despite my request at check-in, and later refusing to accept my payment for breakfast at the restaurant on 4th floor OR the reception desk on the ground floor. I made the escalator trip up and down twice, after which I gave up on the whole breakfast idea. It was frustrating. |
