Nice clean hotel with large rooms, and friendly staff. Short bus ride to Central Station ( bus route 48) for all the action in Amsterdam.

Breakfast buffet is too expensive. There's a burger king next door for better value.

Quiet, good breakfast, clean room and good facilities, not very expensive price, beside bus stop and not far from the big transportion centre "Slot...", Where you can take bus or train to airport and everywhere, und must not go back to central station.

Although one term of this hotel is that all children under 12 is welcome and free to stay with existing bed. And I've commented that we have a girl with us when I booked the room. But when we arrived, the receptionist(a lady) told us we must book an extra bed for my daughter. It's not pleasant and not professional. Anyway, another receptionist(a man) confirmed that term. But, the said "big bed" is only 1.5m, a little small.

We were looking for a hotel during the long Easter weekend. We spontaneously looked for a hotel, so prices were all quite high. This hotel was quite reasonable and not far away from the city. We also had our car, so needed parking around the hotel. This was one of the main problems, as we could not find any hotel which was not too expensive and where we did not need to pay high prices for the parking. Ibis was just perfect! You could either park at the hotel parking (of course for a price), but we found lots of parking spaces in front of the hotel. The hotel is not in the city center which was perfect as it was quiet enough and no traffic. You get a direct bus (number 48) in front of the hotel which drives you directly to the Central train station in about 10min. The frequency of the bus is also quite good, about every 10-15 min.

The bed was quite hard and I'm used to a softer bed, but this is actually just my problem. I'm quite happy with this hotel, there isn't anything else which I need to complain...

Reception staff was very helpful

Room cleaners tried to "brake" in to the room starting from 7AM every 15 minutes. Until I got up and put DO NOT DISTURB sign. 7AM is a bit harsh, especially 3 times in 30 minutes. I do not expect them to do it before 9AM

not so far from the centre of Amsterdam (approx.15min. with bus and bus stop is near to the hotel) and the room was clean enough.

The free parking, definetly an advantage in Amsterdam, we felt secure and very comfortable in the hotel. Excelente bus conections to downtown and very easy to understand. I would recommend this hotel in the future.

Maybe the prices are a little bit too high, but maybe its because of th dates that i travel, which are eastern. I loved the Burger king right next to it, very practical for young couples and kids.
