I like the fact it was right next to Centraal Station as we had heavy luggage, and had to leave very early in the morning.

Expensive for the price. No complimentary coffee or tea, no breakfast with the room I booked. Small but expected for European.

The BED. Very very hard. And the room are very small

Some breakfast choices not to our taste. The various lifts for each 'Tower' a little confusing, but this is if we had to really pick something; everything was fantastic :)

The food was very expensive

The place being in the centre of the city was convenient to use and excellent staff and facilities.

We enjoyed the central location of the hotel. The hotel was very clean and neat. The breakfast time extending to noon was very nice for those of us who like to sleep in the mornings. The beds and bathrooms were very nice. Most of all the entire staff from the reception people to the housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. Our entire experience was very nice and we will not hesitate to stay there again when we come to Amsterdam again.

The only thing that I wish was better is the scramble eggs which was very dry. I know this is a very hard dish which you need to make a lot of ahead of time and keep it from drying out because the egg keeps cooking when kept in the warning tray. Perhaps using more milk or cream or butter when cooking it and maybe not cook it as long before putting it in the warming tray would help. Perhaps not making as much at one time and continuing to make smaller batches would help as well.

It is strategically located near the city centre & train station.

Good breakfast.. Excellent location next to central station. Many bus and tram lines start from next to the hotel so it becomes really easy to go anywhere around the city and turn back. Helpful staff..

Though there is a free wi-fi connection in the lobby for 1 hour, if you want to connect in your room you have to pay EUR 4 daily. Our room was really small but as we were there to spend time in the city it was not a problem for us but if you like spending time in your room that would be a problem for you.

Comfortable Bed

Far too expensive! I paid 50% more for a saterday night, than i did for the sunday night. Usually week-ends are cheaper. Then I paid extra for breakfast!
