The location is excellent , next to the Central station and very close ie 5-10 mins walking to Dam square and all restaurants, the canal cruises, trams lines, red light district etc. The hotel rooms are very small but very clean and have all the basic amenities. We were a family of 4 including 2 small children but we could not be accomodated in a triple room with a baby cot due to the size of the rooms and had to take 2 rooms. The room rates are on the higher side , and we would recommend this hotel for business travelers and anyone else travelling for a short trip who wants to stay in the heart of the city. The rooms can also be booked for a few hours stay during morning/ day time based on availaibility as well as request for late check out paying additional charges. Size of the rooms .

The location was ideal, there were lifts so we didnt have to use the stairs which was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food wasnt very nice and there wasnt much selection, especially in the vending machines and at reception.

the location due to its accessibility! we found 2pieces bed mites crawling on the matress and when we killed it, it has blood on it which means it has sucked or bitten us already.

Central Location, easy access from the station. The free cancellation policy up to 7pm on the day of arrival was what convinced me to book this hotel as there may have been a possibility we needed to cancel at the last minute. due to proximity to station, we could feel the trains arriving and leaving! The bed, despite having a mattress topper, was Extremely hard and uncomfortable for my taste- not ideal for a relaxing nights sleep after a day walking around the city.

The hotel's location is quite convenient. The room is much too small for the price and number of pax (triple sharing). There was no room for the luggage which had to be put at the door, otherwise, we would trip on these on the way to the bathroom. There were no bathroom amenities, too. The rate should have included at the very least breakfast for the occupants. Prior to our trip to Amsterdam, we came from a 4-star hotel in Prague. The triple sharing room had a living room, a large bathroom, 2 television sets, and a refrigerator, aside from a variety of complementary tea and coffee drinks, a water heater, as well as complete bathroom amenities (e.g.shampoo, body gel,etc.). The room rate, which included daily buffet breafast for 3 people, was just the same as Hotel Ibis and was even lower on weekends.

Clean, modern with very helpful and friendly staff. Very convenient for Central Station and canal cruise boats. Short walk to Dam Square and markets. We were travelling with our teenage son and so being able to have a triple room was good. Most hotels don't appear to offer this sort of room. Because it is so close to the station and railway line (it's built over it !), there is inevitably some noise until the trains stop running, however the rooms have excellent double glazing and with the windows shut, it's not really a problem. It does mean though that you can't really have the windows open, therefore the room can get a bit stuffy.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. Other than the loation, it was under-impressive. Our window backed up to the train station so that if the curtain was open we had a steady stream of peeping Toms, not to mention the noise. The room itself was barely manageable with the size. I have stayed in larger 'business man' hotels in Tokyo. The floor, while clean, was cleaned with a substance that left a sticky residue, so no bare feet after the first experience.

A walking distance from places of interest in Amsterdam ie Central Station, Dam Square, National Monument, Nemo and others. It is located strategically in town centre. Too small for 3 people. Feel like no space to move. Just good for shower and sleep

Rooms were excellent, and the public WiFi is a nice bonus as well. Sadly, our room was next to the railway but it was only a minor gripe and didn't cause any undue stress.

The hotel staff made the staff worth the cost. They went out of their way to make sure that my needs were met and that I had the information I needed about Amsterdam. The hotel room was clean and welcoming. Of course being located next to the train station there was, understandably, a little noise from the arriving and departing trains but it was minimal. I will use the hotel again.
