central location The hotel tried to charge us extra than what was quoted when booking our room, thankfully I had a printed copy of our booking to prove the price we were originally quoted. |

Location Standard room too small. No hairdryier provided within the room. Breakfast of 15€ a bit too expensive compared to what other competitors offer somewhere else in the city |

Reasonable price for time of year and a good location very handy to the train (on which we travelled) and the Information Centre was only a short walk. We liked its proximity to other transport and shopping. Internet access was useful although not well promoted, The on-site restaurant was very efficient and welcoming late into the evening From the 5th floor you had to go down to the ground floor to get a cup of tea or coffee early in the morning. It would be great to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room or at least on the same floor. Design of the carpet lowers the overall tone of the hotel.. |

The situation of the hotel was nice. Although very close to the main station and therefore it was a bit noisy, it's perfectly located to go to the main areas of the city. And it's a couple of meters outside of the core, so there were no disturbance by drunk tourists. They automatically include the breakfast to your booking. But this is optional, so in case you don't want to have the 15 Euro breakfast, don't go and you don't have to pay. They make you assume it's included, but it's not. |

You always know that you'll get a clean room in a clean hotel with Ibis. Sitting on top of the railway I was pleasantly surprised that I could not hear the trains when both windows were closed. The double bed was so loud & squeaky that when you turned it would wake you up. |

The hotel was well situated for shopping, eating and sightseeing. Although the rooms were comfortable, better use could have been made of the space - coat hooks on the side of the wardrobe on the outside for example. |

Very Well Located, nice and clean, modern Hotel. Friendly staff and was able to leave luggage in the luggage room after check out. Even though it is situated directly above the train station we hardly heard the trains. |

Location next to Central Rail station, Tram terminal and Boat Terminal made it convenient Rooms are small for two people to stay in - no space to move in the room. Congested room , no mini bar. Facilities are poor compared to the room rate they charged. |
