Hotel ibis Amsterdam Centre Stopera is a 10 to 15-minute walk from Dam Square, Rembrandt Square and the station. It has an 24 hour drink and snack service.
Score from 1852 reviews Good
This hotel in the center of Amsterdam is only 500 ft from Amsterdam Central Train Station. The ibis Styles Amsterdam Central Station features free Wi-Fi in the rooms and public areas.
Score from 1491 reviews Good
Rho is on the edge of Dam Square, half a mile from Amsterdam Central Train Station. It has free Wi-Fi and the lobby is an impressive Art Deco-style former theater.
Score from 3705 reviews Very good
Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Centre has rooms with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV, just a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Train Station. It features a modern atrium breakfast room and a stylish bar.
Score from 3113 reviews Very good
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and extremely quiet. The hotel is about as centrally located as you can get. We will definitely stay there again.
Great location and close to all your needs.
Pillows could be softer.
Location is great, 50m from the trainstation
Extra city tax not informed on the website. Very small rooms, too expensive to such a room with nothing extra. Toilet is in a corner of the bathroom, impossible to move. The size of the room is 5m2 but the price is the same than a 4 star! Will not recomend it. 155€! No way.
No frigo bar at room
very small room water in the shower change from hot to cold
The room was really noisy because of the station closeby. The quality was standard Ibis but really overpriced. The staff made a total mess with the reservation of my colleagues that were in the same hotel (direct reservation, no Booking)
I liked a good deal of the staff and the speed of their response to fill my needs, their smile permanent, continuous presence
Location. Neat. Kind receptonists. A convenient luggage storage. A kettle for tea in room. Quiet insulared room.
Small room. The View this time (our 4 or 5th visit) was toward the trains
Nearness to Central Station, Amsterdam, after the long journey through Schiphol airport to reach the City. A busy hotel, but staff so friendly and helpful. Smart, clean room with everything at hand. So convenient for exploring.
Station noise goes on into the night, so if you need absolute quiet, ask for a room facing into the city and away from the station.
The quiet room and the central location
Room a bit cramped, but comfortable for the size and I only sleep in my room anyway
Pleasant helpful staff
Impersonal, lack of facilities, basic room and 2 elevators to access it! Poor breakfast not worth 17 Euro
Location was great, next door to central station
The room was tiny, very very basic, the rooms seem to be on top of the train platforms so it's very noisy.
staff location comfy bed free wifi
tiny guest room and bathroom
convenient location access
small rooms very standard for the price charged
Room is too small, and front desk staff are not friendly
Spacious rooms for people travelling with kids.
There was only one wall socket for charging my cell phone. Room was too small, although requested earlier for enpugh room space. Baby cot was provided but of it was installed there would have been no place for the luggage ( especially with my 3 bags) or even for enough space to stand up in the room. And travelling with a 3 year old, they DEMAND a bit of space.
good value for money
The location is good for travelling via Amsterdam central station.
The room is small.
so close to the station
a long waiting time for check-in
location is so perfect!
Located immediately adjacent to train system and thus the international airport. We had an incredible view of the city from the 7th floor.
A little noisy throughout the night if your windows are open due to the 1000's of bikes stored out front. Okay if you close your window. Not a dislike but there are 3 Ibis Hotels in Amsterdam and many folks (3 in a row beside me checking in) were at the wrong one. Crossing the street to get into the main city area involves considerable care as the traffic is fierce and the cyclists often don't abide by the lights or worry about pedestrians.
Two nights days apart, two very different rooms. First night: small room, great temperature control and a remarkable view. Second night: smaller room, terrible temperature control, a different, but still nice view. I recommend the newer tower (directly over the train tracks). Breakfast was quite good as a buffet, and very expensive. Dinner was equally good, but actually quite reasonable. And the location is just fantastic. It really couldn't be easier to get to.
The old, very much broken wall-mounted AC/heater unit. Admittedly, it was quite warm while we were there, so it had a lot of work to do, but considering the price and the fact it is Amsterdam, why not actually repair the infrastructure?
Very central and friendly staff
Location and hospitality of staff
It deserves better star
