The shower was excelent. Lots of hot water. Good towels. Very basic for the price. A bit too basic. Did not feel like a hotel, more like a motel. |

Close to the main city centre. Yes. bit expensive and no free tea or coffee in the room whereas other IBIS hotels in Jakarta does provide these services for free. |

comfortable quiet room - a bit spartan. Easy access to shops and restaurants. I would not wish to eat breakfast a second time. Soggy bread, poor hot buffet selection, more likem a canteen than a dining area in a smart modern hotel. |

The hotel staff had overcharged us for EURO 60 for two rooms, although the charge according to booking confirmation was EURO 69/room, but on the 28.03.09 he charged us 2 x EURO 30 |

Staff were very friendly and professional. Service with a smile. Location was very central. No coffee / tea making facilities in room and no fridge, etc. (I wondered, since I'm not the first to say this, why management haven't addressed this issue...). It appears to me to be a fairly basic facility requirement. |

Very clean, efficient hotel. The room was comfortable and stayed at a pleasant temperature all night. Staff were polite and helpful and I had no problems at all during my stay. There's a great Irish bar around the corner which sells good pub grub style meal and nice beer. |
