Ho apprezzato la silenziosità e la discrezione del fine settimana. Purtroppo il lunedì alcuni ospiti, FORSE NON ABITUATI A VIAGGIARE hanno un pò disturbato la quiete dell'ambiente. La scomodità del self service per la prima colazione. Non è igienco infilare il barccio e le mani toccando glia altri piatti perchè si può accedere solo da una parte. |

Centralita' in citta' e comodita' di raggiungere I servizi pubblici. Del tutto buona la pulizia degli ambienti. La scarsezza di comodita' in camera: assenza di cestino butta-carte, assenza di seconda sedia. La scarsezza di comodita' in bagno: assenza di ventilatore-ricambio d'aria, di mensola porta-oggetti, scarsita' di accessori (sapone, shampoo, ecc.). |

Buonissima la posizione proprio nelle vicinanze del centro commerciale sia dei locali notturni Non e' vero che funziona il servizio 24h food & drink che pubblicizano-- piu' volte ci hanno negato quanto richiesto dopo la chiusura del bar |

ottima posizione,ottima colazione(da mangiare c'è veramente di tutto!),camere spaziose con docce fantastiche. il parcheggio è vicino l'hotel e costa 25 euro al giorno. |

la posizione: è centrale e appena dietro una piazzetta in cui ci sono locali e un sacco di tavolini! la stanza e in particolare la doccia nel bagno (enorme!), la colazione, la baggage room non è a pagamento (come in altri Ibis). non è vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni, la connessione wifi è a pagamento (5euro l'ora). |

My expectations were not so high, since I wanted to book alow-budget stay. The hotel was really ok though, so that was a pleasant surprise. |

I have stayed here many times & it never disappoints. It both reliable, friendly & efficient. It's overdue to replace the old type TVs with good modern flatpanels with more English language channels. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast limited but sufficient. Easy access to the city and surrounding areas. My friends who live in the Hague rang the hotel to meet with me and was told there wasn't anyone staying at the Hotel with my name,T Porter.???? Hence we did not get to see them. Very disappointed!! |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the bar area was very smart, and the breakfast was very good. We would have liked to have had a hairdryer in the room. |

The location was right in the centre, however was quite noisy at night. The bed was literally on a wooden board with a matress dumped on top. This meant it moved all over the place and my partner and I both had backache and neck pain in the morning. The bathroom was almost like a mobile bathroom placed inside the room. The room was very hot but the air conditioning was not working so we were forced to open a window and endure the noise. Both of us were covered in bites after 2 nights there. |

The room was very quiet and the price reasonable. An easy walk to the train station. I had an early train on Saturday morning and it was impossible to get a cup of coffee at the hotel, even though an early breakfast buffet starting at 4:30 was advertised. This was misleading. Also, 24-hour snacks were advertised, but I learned that that referred to the vending machines. Misleading as well. |

The Location is perfect in the city center. Their was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room which was a pity. Their was no facility to take a bath only shower. Breakfast was sufficient but not great. |

The room was fine, although I find the prefab bathroom a bit odd. For a smoke-free hotel, our room smelled strongly like smoke, and we needed to air it out first to make it bearable. On my next stay in the hague I'll go back to my usual hotel - breakfast is included and price is similar. |
