It is a good hotel. Clean, simple just fine. The rooms are big! The parking space in the garage of the hotel was full. Therefor I had to park elsewhere but unfortunately all the garages were full untill 24.00 hr. I had to pay every hour for my parking space which was very terrible! |

The warm hospitality of all the staff (not just reception). Helpful as well. Close proximity to tram transport. Although I was there in I think it would be a great spot in warmer months |

I was here for one night only, so I dont have enough experiences with all facilities of hotel, anyway nice hotel, clean, near beach. Main problem is parking for guests car. If you arrive, you cannot park in the front of hotel for unload baggage. And hotel garage was full, and receptionist sent us to public garage, which was also full and we waited nearly 1 hour for place, I think in front of hotel must be at least one box reserved for shorten parking for unload baggage, and if hotel garage is full, staff should be of help to guest find free parking possibility. Its not pleasant in the city you dont know at all after the whole day journey spend time for searching and waiting. |

The hotel was very comfortable, with overall good facilities and the service of the staff was good. I belive I was overcharged for the breakfasts. We were a family of five (two adults and three children). On leaving the hotel I realised we were charged the adult breakfast rate for the three children, which was extremely dissapointing. |

good rooms with good stuff and nice location few mintues from the beach standard room are very very small, thats why i upgraded to superior room, the A/C was not cooling properly |

Great location The staff gave us poor information several times. Sending us in the wrong direction for; Food/groceries, bike rentals and parking. We needed help making some further plans and reservations and the staff was zero help. |

staff, comfort, easy use, excellent public transport accessibility 1/ no pay tv (only tv with many commercials), 2/ not common price for wifi internet (there are hotels with free unlimited wifi) - regarding to price not possibble to be surfing two hours a day for middle class host 3/ in "comfort" rooms no bathtube |

Hotel staff are not customer-friendly. Do not readily offer assistance with luggages. Cleaners do not clean the room tables, and do not remove any litters on the table. No sweet fragrance (air freshener) within the hotel. A room I used was so tight that there was no space to move around conveniently. |

Proximity of Scheveningen city centre and beach. Nice and clever staff with helpful attitude. Nice view over the city and The Hague. Generally speaking, very nice hotel. Breakfast: every day the same food and fruit salad was not always fresh. Towels: persistent chlorine smell. Poor soundproof rooms (could not sleep on Friday night because of neighbors making noise and shouting in their room at 3.30 AM). Wheels under the bed make it less comfortable: please remove the wheels. Room was not warm enough despite turning up the heat to the maximum. |
