Hotel Ibis Amsterdam City Stopera

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε πολύ καλή θέση, και μπορείς με τα πόδια να βρεθείς σε οποιοδήποτε σημείο της πόλης.

Δεν αναφέρεται πουθενά στους όρους ότι πρέπει κατά τη διαμονή σου να πληρώσεις 30 ευρώ στο ξενοδοχείο ως εγγύηση σε περίπτωση που καταστραφεί κάτι στο δωμάτιο. Αυτό είναι απαράδεκτο! ιδιαίτερα όταν το ξενοδοχείο έχει προχωρήσει στη χρέωση του δωματίου μέσω πιστωτικής κάρτας ακόμη και 1 μήνα πριν από την άφιξη !!

Good locale off Waterlooplein, near city center, but not in the midst of the hustle. Friendly staff and easy, no worries check in and check out

The fact that it was relatively near to the Dam and the city center, it was clean, offerred a nice breakfast and the room with a canal view was nice.

size of room and noise level of cleaning staff in the mornings was unacceptable, constant hoovering and knocking on doors.

Hotel was in quite a good location, around 10mins walk from Dam Square and the same from Rembrandt Square. Central station was also only a 5-10 min walk. Do not take a taxi from central station as this is around 20 euros.

Hotel staff was very good and friendly although i had problems checking out. It took me 50 mins to check out as the hotel had actually debited my card 3 times for £900 more than what should have been. They also charged my card when i checked in and not when i checked out and for more than what it should have been. They said this was incase i had any extras (i.e - breakfast, room service etc). Please check what you have been charged for!

Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The maintenance man helped us figure out how to use the lift using our key. Checking in and out was quick and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeper was quick to give me a plastic bag when I asked for one. The cafe/breakfast bar were just what we needed, the staff were excellent. Overall, this experience was extraordinary, and your staff made all the difference. Thank you.

Location and breakfast is fantastic

The hotel was within walking distance to the centre of Amsterdam, the hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful.

The hotel was lovely and clean. The room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was okay eggs, beans and sausages. No real problem with the hotel but its a little away from the city centre and rembrantplein which we were led to beleive it was closer

Very friendly staff, Very good breakfast. Room was a bit basic but was very clean and functional. Bar was nice and pleasant. 15 mins walk from the Dam Square. Overall I would recommend it and would stay there again.
