Hotel was in quite a good location, around 10mins walk from Dam Square and the same from Rembrandt Square. Central station was also only a 5-10 min walk. Do not take a taxi from central station as this is around 20 euros. Hotel staff was very good and friendly although i had problems checking out. It took me 50 mins to check out as the hotel had actually debited my card 3 times for £900 more than what should have been. They also charged my card when i checked in and not when i checked out and for more than what it should have been. They said this was incase i had any extras (i.e - breakfast, room service etc). Please check what you have been charged for! |

Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The maintenance man helped us figure out how to use the lift using our key. Checking in and out was quick and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeper was quick to give me a plastic bag when I asked for one. The cafe/breakfast bar were just what we needed, the staff were excellent. Overall, this experience was extraordinary, and your staff made all the difference. Thank you. |

Value for money and high standards ofservice and cleanliness The room was very cramped for three people; no larger than a standard double with an extra single bed. |

The hotel was lovely and clean. The room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was okay eggs, beans and sausages. No real problem with the hotel but its a little away from the city centre and rembrantplein which we were led to beleive it was closer |

Convience of walking to nearby attractions. The was "parking available," but no parking included. That was misleading. Little flexiblity on room. It wasn't an "online" bargain. We paid the normal rate. Saved nothing, but got what we paid for in the way of a room. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the room spotless. The hotel was also very well located for sightseeing and shopping, being only a ten minute walk from Central Station. We would definitely stay here again. No, everything was excellent. |

Good location, good staff, very clean and modern. It was significantly upgraded from the time we stayed there in 2002. I really did not like the city tax of 5% added to my bill. Booking.com should have let me know about that beforehand. |

So impressed with this hotel! It was clean, comfortable, good value for money, good breakfast incuded in the price, and all staff we met were friendly. We had researched hotels on trip advisor prior to our stay and I had asked the hotel through Booking.com for a room for a canal view as we were celebrating a Birthday. So pleased that this was noted..and we will definately be recommending the hotel, and going back next year. Big thanks to Ibis and of course Booking .com . |

Short distance to many interesting places, and to the shopping streets. I could wished a coffee machine and a refrigiator in the room. |
