The room is extremely small. No wardrobe. No space for suitcases. No mini bar

The room was small but enough for 2 people, friendly staff on the reception. Breakfast should be more variety. The hotel is near the center , about 10 minutes walk.

It was clean, modern & near enough to walk to all tourist attractions. The staff were really helpful & friendly.

Staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was excellent that you didn't feel hungry until evening. Even when we arrived early the receptionist made every effort to make our room available earlier than they had to. Also a happy face from all staff members.

We stayed in a triple room and it was cramped! Minimal room around the beds.

Fast booking of tours and tickets using the hotel , including transfer. The location is near the city center the window view is breathtaking the hotel staff are friendly and willing to help.

Althow I knew the hotel booking doesnt include breakfast they told me it did. When it was time to check out I got a 16euro x 2 per day need to pay for the breakfast. There is only one bin. The room is quite small, there is no water in the room, needed to buy water plus plastic glasses from a nearby supermarket

- rooms very small, even for a triple room - got very warm overnight and stuffy; if the window was then opened, the noise was significant. - thin walls - so lot of background disturbance , such as when other doors were being closed or people moving luggage - we had requested a triple room in advance with a canal view, only to check in and find out that such a room did not exist. Were then told we could instead have a garden view room - but what we got was a view of the adjacent building. - the beds were not comfortable at all and i woke up with back pain each morning - Overall very expensive for the type of accomodation - the breakfast was adequate, but i have had much more buffet choice for the kind of prices we payed for the hotel.

The location, cleanliness and staff, who were very pleasant and helpful, were all fine for this reasonably priced hotel. Breakfast was ample and available from 6am ~ 11am, brilliant! Beds comfy, though not able to specifically choose a twin room when booking. The shower was spacious and spotless.

The food was very ordinary and therefore a little overpriced. On the whole one doesn't go to Amsterdam for the food, except perhaps for the 'rijstafel'. I took my travel kettle as the reviews pointed out no tea and coffee facilities in the room ~ this is an oversight as one does now expect this to be provided in hotel chains.
