It was very clean, quite modern and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. There was free internet with a computer and printer free to use in the lobby. There was a bar/restaurant which we didn't go to but had some nice food and it's always nice to have the option to dine at the hotel. There was also a convenience store across the road where you could buy cheap coffee and food for breakfast/lunch. It was quite far away from Centraal Station - it took about 20 minutes to walk there. All rooms were non-smoking.

The food provided by the cafe is excellent! The service is good. Wifi is free actually, not as what stated in the confirmation. The location is good, just few miles away from the central station. If you want to go shopping, just walk down the street.

The hotel is clean. Room size is fine. The location is 15 minutes walk from the Dam square. No breakfast on the room.No free internet. Internet costs you 4 Euros for 24 hour.

It was clean and convenient for our needs. It was also fairly close to both bus and tram. The front desk staff was excellent. They took the time to help me w/ my cell phone which was giving me problems. They let me use their phone to contact my carrier and get it working. Any time we asked a question, they were more than happy to help or advise, which was really appreciated since we were visiting a foreign country for the first time. I would definately recommend this hotel to others, and I would certainly stay there again. The only problem I had was that the a/c doesn't work once the weather turns cooler outside. It converts to heat. So, since I am a person who is hot all the time, I would have liked the a/c available, since that is one of the reasons I picked this hotel.

great location 2 mins walk to the tram station and 10 mins walk to the dam square and the other attraction locations- the hotel is good- great and very helpful staff the rooms are too small (we took a triple room that can hardly be a single room

The Room was small, but very nice, had everything we needed. The hotel is new, in the new building, which was nice. The showerroom was big compared to those i've read about here at other hotels. The view from the window was great - canal and the top of the tower not far away. The location is not the best, but still great to get to main sites within 15-30 minutes. Rembrandt-house is 5 minutes away. Breakfast is 15 euros and we found much cheaper alternatives near the hotel not to take it. The wifi service was limited. You can take a voucher for one-hour use, but it only worka for one device, and we wanted to use two... Or you can pay for 24-hour use - cable twice more expensive than wifi and it also could have been used for one device. Other than that we liked it.

The room was clean, and the size of it was good too. We had a top floor room with a view on a canal, very relaxing and quite. The hotel is on a major boulevard around the city centre, on the east side of it. It's a very nice 10 min walk to Dam square. I don't have really bad things to say against the hotel. We would have appreciated slippers, bathrobe and a much more powerful hair-dryer. But it was a good stay!

Friendly staff The location is a bit shabby. The building itself is great. It might be worth asking for a canal view if you book as they exist. We found ourselves with a view into other people's bedrooms.

Location is perfect. Everything is a walkable distance. WaterlooPlein metro station (just in case) is nearby. Room was clear with a perfect view on a channel. Also bar in hotel works till 1 a.m. with quite reasonable prices.
