Близость к центру, чистые, но небольшие компактные номера, бесплатный сейф Останавливались в конце октября - в номере было достаточно прохладно, особенно ночью - не заметили батарей отопления, а кондиционер работал только на охлаждение (15град.), хотелось бы подушки чуть больше и мягче, тогда было бы комфортнее спать. |

Прекрасный вид на канал с кормлением лебедей по утрам из окна. Очень чистый номер. Близость достопримечательностей. Неплохое соотношение цены и качества для Амстердама. |

нормальный ибис, как и все. минут 7 пешком от вокзала и минут 5 от китайского квартала и красных фонарей. недалеко супермаркет, кафе и музей рембранта. |

Everything, the hotels was great! 24 hour bar for drinks and snacks! Location was good, it's about a 10 min walk to the shops and resturants everythin in good walking distance, breakfast was excellent plenty of choice! Had a tv in room even with a few English channels! I would def stay at this hotel again! |

The fact that it was relatively near to the Dam and the city center, it was clean, offerred a nice breakfast and the room with a canal view was nice. |

Hotel was in quite a good location, around 10mins walk from Dam Square and the same from Rembrandt Square. Central station was also only a 5-10 min walk. Do not take a taxi from central station as this is around 20 euros. Hotel staff was very good and friendly although i had problems checking out. It took me 50 mins to check out as the hotel had actually debited my card 3 times for £900 more than what should have been. They also charged my card when i checked in and not when i checked out and for more than what it should have been. They said this was incase i had any extras (i.e - breakfast, room service etc). Please check what you have been charged for! |

Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The maintenance man helped us figure out how to use the lift using our key. Checking in and out was quick and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeper was quick to give me a plastic bag when I asked for one. The cafe/breakfast bar were just what we needed, the staff were excellent. Overall, this experience was extraordinary, and your staff made all the difference. Thank you. |

The hotel was lovely and clean. The room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was okay eggs, beans and sausages. No real problem with the hotel but its a little away from the city centre and rembrantplein which we were led to beleive it was closer |
