location-b400m to central station.. quiet and nice neighborhood (for october at least). the room lacked refrigerator which was disturbing if you manage your own food -sandwiches etc for travel. and also there was no hair dryer in the room. Since the hotel blocks the money needed for entire stay while checking in, even if you pay and check out; the blockage in credit card will be cancelled after 4-5 days. |

Everything, the hotels was great! 24 hour bar for drinks and snacks! Location was good, it's about a 10 min walk to the shops and resturants everythin in good walking distance, breakfast was excellent plenty of choice! Had a tv in room even with a few English channels! I would def stay at this hotel again! |

I enjoyed the room, which is extremelly quiet. At least the rooms that faces the channel. The view towards to the channel and to the apartments on the other side of the channel makes the atmosphere more familiar - you feel like within the city and not a hotel.The bathroom is small but very functional. Nothing remarkable. I found it difficult to reach the hotel walking by the first time - this is due to works being carried on in streets and square nearby. |

Hotel was in quite a good location, around 10mins walk from Dam Square and the same from Rembrandt Square. Central station was also only a 5-10 min walk. Do not take a taxi from central station as this is around 20 euros. Hotel staff was very good and friendly although i had problems checking out. It took me 50 mins to check out as the hotel had actually debited my card 3 times for £900 more than what should have been. They also charged my card when i checked in and not when i checked out and for more than what it should have been. They said this was incase i had any extras (i.e - breakfast, room service etc). Please check what you have been charged for! |

Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The maintenance man helped us figure out how to use the lift using our key. Checking in and out was quick and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeper was quick to give me a plastic bag when I asked for one. The cafe/breakfast bar were just what we needed, the staff were excellent. Overall, this experience was extraordinary, and your staff made all the difference. Thank you. |

The hotel was lovely and clean. The room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was okay eggs, beans and sausages. No real problem with the hotel but its a little away from the city centre and rembrantplein which we were led to beleive it was closer |
