Great staff, very friendly service. Location was poor, unless you are traveling by car. A very expensive city bus connects to the main railway station, but the hours are limited and every time we tried to return via bus, there was a different reason why the bus driver wouldn't go all the way to our stop. We did a lot of walking, even after paying such high bus fares.

We visit Tilburg fairly often to see friends and watch Willem ii, so we have tried quite a few hotels in Tilburg. This is the best value for money overall. It is near to Willem ii football club. The bus to town stops nearby. The staff are very helpful. The room was good, comfy twin beds and clean. Thick curtains keep the light out and it is quiet. If you want to be in the town centre this hotel isn't for you. Also we were prepared to pay the 14 euro per person for breakfast but we didn't bother once we had looked at it. Just breads, cheese, etc. For that price we expected a choice of continental and full english, What was there was worth maybe 7 euros.

Easy to find from the motorway network, good location to get into the city centre. Bathroom smelt of smoke, exractor fan did not appear to be working? Mould on walls and ceiling in the bathroom. Exterior surroundings of hotel needs improvement, grass adjacent to the hotel muddy, the decorative pond at the entrance was badly maintained and the "bridge" to the main entrance may be a hazard to young children?

The hotel is conveniently located off the the motorway system and on the edge of town. The breakfast is self service and the eggs and bacon were not very hot where they had been left in the serving covered tray. It was the same for the 3 days we stayed there so it is a problem.

Staff maleducato e rude, poco preparato e incapace di fornire servizi di reception. Prezzi esagerati (129 euro a notte) per la sistemazione. E al bar un thè costa 2,20 €. tentativo di decurtarmi una colazione già pagata. Tentativo di farmi lasciare acconto di 100 euro per camera e 50 per bicicletta (pratica scorretta). vergognatevi!

Essen im Restaurant, liebloses Kantinenessen. Inkompetentes Servierpersonal. Geruchsbelästigung im Zimmer durch Abluftkanal,WC oder Abwasser, nicht feststellbar. Wir waren über mehrere Jahre immer wieder Gäste, aber die Qualität hat kontinuierlich abgenommen, so dass wir das letzte mal im Ibis waren.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer met een eigen bad,paar keer heerlijk gebruik van gemaakt. Lekker gegeten in het restaurant. Bar met meerdere soorten/merken bier. Kunt heerlijk wandelen/fietsen in de nabijheid van het hotel. Dat maakt het voor ons met de hond zeer prettig. Wij vonden het bed niet comfortabel, was naar onze smaak (veel) te hard.

Het enige wat tegen gevallen is, is de geur van de kamer. Ik had een rookvrije kamer besteld en kreeg een kamer waar heel veel in gerookt is het stonk er behoorlijk. Personeel kn er niets aan veranderen werd gezegt dat er geen andete kamer was.

De ontvangst. efficient en vriendelijk De niet rokers kamer stonk naar rook. Gelukkig waren wij er om 19.00 uur en moesten gelijk weg op familiebezoek. Raam wijd opengezet en toen we om 23.00 uur terug kwamen was de rookstank opgetrokken. Uw schoonmaakdames moeten dit toch ook geconstateerd hebben.

A l'arrivee le personnel a ete d'une grande amabilité et parlait tres bien le français ce qui a ete une agreable surprise. La chambre etait tres propre et le petit dejeuner tres agreable servit sous forme de buffet varié avec des specialités hollandaises. Je suis ravie et si je reviens a Tilburg je reserverais ma chambre d'hotel dans votre etablissement. Bonne journee et a bientot Peut etre le fait qu'il n'y ai pas de lit double et le cout du petit dejeuner que je trouve un peu cher mais au dela de ça tout erait parfait !
