Ramen open, zonlicht dat binnenvalt, heerlijk kopje thee en genieten van het uitzicht. Heerlijk super locatie. Design? Een stukje rode muur is voor mij nog geen design. Afwerking badkamer en aankleding minimaal. Ik had er meer van verwacht.

Ja de locatie is top en de kamer was heerlijk. Ja het kleine tvtje dat je vanuit je bed met moeite de ondertiteling kan helaas. dat er geen wifi is wat wel op de site stond.

Prima servicegerichtheid van het personeel. Het ontbijt op zondag was niet geheel naar wens. Zo was er onvoldoende ontbijt beschikbaar en het personeel antwoordde op onredelijke wijze op vragen omtrent het beschikbaar stellen van brood. Hierover is een klacht ingediend bij het management. Het management reageerde adequaat.

Het is een heel goed gelegen hotel, maar we moesten drie trappen op en dat was minder. Onze bagage werd naar de kamer gebracht, maar die trappen is wel vervelend, zeker voor ouderen. De trappen. Nog een kleine min voor een lege shampoo/douche dispenser en maar één kopje in plaats van twee. We hadden dit uiteraard kunnen melden, maar deden dit pas toen we weg gingen. Het wordt zeker opgelost.

Leuk hotelletje, goede lokatie, sevices van het Derlon hotel zijn zeer goed zoals ontbijt e.d. en het Derlon zit paraktisch naast de deur. Gedateerde badkamer, slecht bed, goedkope meubels.

Het hotel is een apart gebouw van het grote/ luxe Derlon Hotel. Het was kleinschalig, schoon en rustig (ondanks de locatie direct aan het Onze Lieve Vrouwen plein). Inchecken gebeurt bij het Derlon hotel en medewerkers brengen bagage naar het gebouw. Wij hebben de afwezigheid van een medewerker IN het gebouw niet gemist. De bedden waren minder goed. Ook bestond het tweepersoonsbed uit twee losse (aan elkaar geschoven) bedden, dit lag niet heel erg lekker.

ligging van het Hotel is super. Zijn niet veel op kamer geweest. 's ochtends om 7 uur het legen van de glasbakken voor de deur vonden we wat minder leuk.

Keurige kamer, centrale ligging, vriendelijk personeel. Een belachelijk hoge prijs voor het ontbijt: 25 euro pp! Daarnaast v.a. 6 u 's ochtends vrachtverkeer dat komt lossen. Einde slaap.

De ligging van het hotel is fantastisch. Op het plein zijn veel terrassen en direct bij de winkelstraten.het ontbijt in " moederhotel" Derlon is fantastisch. Onze kamer was op de zolder van het gebouw gesitueerd en alleen bereikbaar via hele steile trappen. Verder was alles op de kamer behoorlijk gedateerd en versleten.

3éme étage sans ascenseur..moteur d'un extracteur d'air tourne jour et nuit sans possibilité d'arrét. petit déjeuner à 25 euros beaucoup trop !

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Lage des Hotel Im Angebot war die Ortstaxe nicht enthalten, bei einem Betrag von mehr als 5 € pro Tag war dieses eine negative Überraschung.

Prima lokatie, gelegen aan het OLVrouwe plein, hartje Maastricht. Uitstekende uitvalsbasis om de binnenstad te verkennen. Kamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht. Ook badkamer was schoon en goed. Geen ontbijt inclusief. Wel kun je eventueel ontbijten in hotel Derlon, ook gelegen aan het OLVrouwe plein.

We kwamen aan in het hotel en bij het inchecken bleek dat er door een fout in de administratie het hotel overboekt was. We kregen hierdoor een gratis upgrade naar een mooie kamer. Personeel was enorm behulpzaam en je kreeg zeer veel extra's

De sfeer van het hotel sprak mij wel aan. Kleinschalig en niet te strak, modern en trendy, maar sfeervol..... Er zouder wat minder-lichtdoorlatende gordijnen mogen hangen, wat mij betreft verduisterend, want het is 's morgens wel heeeeel erg vroeg licht....

De service van het personeel was heel goed, keurig! De locatie en de kamer fantastisch. Kamer met name door uitzicht en huiselijkheid en ruimte. Alles was goed schoon en verzorgd! Enige minpuntje was de voorraad oploskoffie in de kamer, dit was zeer gering.
