This hotel is opened in November 2007, this famous national monument is a luxurious designer hotel, uniquely located on the west side of the Ijssel River with a view of Deventer.

Set in natural surroundings, the hotel is accommodated in a neo-classical 19th century building and will be carefully completely restored to offer 29 rooms, meeting halls, and a modern brasserie. All of the rooms will include an outlook over the city, whilst the refined restaurant with a terrace features beautiful views of the city and river.

Connected to the centre by a ferryboat, there are plenty of entertainment opportunities and useful amenities in the vicinity. The city offers many cultural attractions and a long established history. However the area provides a famous nature reserve to explore and a variety of towns to visit, ensuring a satisfying stay.

The modern restaurant, which is situated in the historical part of the hotel, offers the opportunity to experience the same impressive environment as outside through the use of natural material and colours. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the city Deventer and the Ijssel River, while you relax and enjoy your drink or meal on the terrace. The restaurant is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Lunch is served Monday through to Friday from 12:00 until 15:00 and dinner is served from 18:00 until 21:00. The restaurant is open on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 until 21:00 for lunch and dinner.

The hotel houses luxurious accommodation equipped with modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi internet access. The hotel also offers three suites, two of which include views of the Ijssel. There is also a disabled room with a royal bathroom. All the chambers are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The surroundings are very attractive, proving popular with cyclists, lovers of nature and for the cultural attractions. The picturesque villages of Diepenveen, Schalkhaar, Lettele, Okkenbroek and Bathmen are nearby. Picturesque Apeldoorn with its royal connection and Hoge Veluwe National Park, the largest nature reserve in the Netherlands, are only a 15 minute car journey away.

By Car:
- From the A1 take the Twello junction 22 towards Wilp.
- After 400 metres turn right onto the Fliertweg N791 towards Wilp.
- After 225 metres turn left onto the Molenalle N791 towards Wilp.
- After 1.6 km turn left onto the Rijksstraatweg N790 towards Deventer.
- After 3.4 km go straight ahead at the crossroads towards Stenenkamer on the Twellose weg.
- At the roundabout go straight ahead.
- After 250 metres you will have reached the hotel.
