Excellent public transport connections to Maastricht city centre. Very tuned in to coeliac requirements with glutenfree bread provided at breakfast and dinner. All staff very helpful and friendly. |

The room was absolutely filthy. We finally located the source of a really bad smell in the room. It was the drain in the shower. It was full of grease, dirt and hair. |

Gunstige locatie tov Maastricht (goede uitvalsbasis). Nette kamers. Correct personeel. Gehorig. Andere gasten soms nadrukkelijk te horen (gebonk/springen op vloer?). Bar/restaurant 's avonds duidelijk hoorbaar voor de kamers die hierboven gesitueerd zijn. Ontbijt is exclusief, zou inclusief moeten zijn. |

prima onthaal, zeer uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt, goede bedden, lekkere douche, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en een zalig diner op de eerste avond. makkelijk dat je gratis en dicht bij het hotel kunt parkeren. |

De gelegenplek, net even buiten het centrum van Maastricht. Met de bus is het centrum prima bereikbaar. Ook heeft het Hotel Restaurant een gezellige en vooral knusse sfeer. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een echte kerst sfeer. Het eten was uitstekend prijs/kwaliteit. Centrum makkelijk te bereiken. Aan te bevelen voor sfeervolle gelegenheden. Door het uitdrogen van het doucheputje was er nogal wat stank toen we binnen kwamen. Euvel zelf makkelijk opgelost, maar toch een klein - puntje |

Das Hotel hat von Anfang an einen sehr einladenen Eindruck gemacht. Das Personal war professionell zurükhaltend und trotzdem sehr freundlich. Von selbst wurde man auf Sehenswürdigkeiten, Veranstaltungen udn günstige Parkmöglichkeiten aufmerksam gemacht. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war nahezu beeindruckend. Selten habe ich ein derart sauberes ordentliches und gemütliches Zimmer gebucht. Das Hotel liegt leider an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, so dass man aufgrund dessen leider den Straßenverkehr sehr früh morgens wahr nahm, war aber auf der guten Isolierung der Fenster noch i.O. Das Ambiete des Hotels war super. Gemütllich und schnuckelig übersichtlich. Kommen wieder.-))) |
