10 out of 10 for staff, hotel quiet a distance from centre but if you dont mind a walk to get to know all areas its fine. I would personally get a hotel nearer next time but I cant fault the hotel itself. |

Although quite far from the main train station on foot, still a very comfortable option in an alternatively great location near the main museums, being a pleasant walk to your more central amenities. The only ground lift-door having no handle from the inside did not automatically close as assumed, requiring amusing but wasted time attempting to close the door once inside, to operate the lift. |

The girl from the reception. She was so funny giving me the key of someone else room! I carried my luggage to a single and it was a four bed room with clothes and suitcases everywhere.... Sweet smile when she realized the mistake. yap, there are things they can do more. starting with the messy impression in the main holl, the computers that don't work properly... But after all, it was a good location for my staying. |

The hotel has surprisingly different rooms - so be careful when you book! They have qute comfortable doubles which resemble regular hotel rooms and very basic rooms for 4-6 people. One room that has been offered to us resembled more storage room rather than regular hotel room. 2 double beds filled 90% of the room space, tiny window - terrible. Be careful! |

Comfy bed and power shower. Tasty bread. Filthy, run down reception area. Cats in the breakfast room jumping up onto food area. Cheap loo roll. Noise of smokers outside window from first floor. |

Convenient to take a walk to the center, to the museum and take tram. Very quiet place especially in the night time. The hotel is so dirty! the rubbish bin was not clean the day after. For our two nights of stay we felt disgusted!!! |

Only a pozitive thing: the hotel is close to center of the town! When I came back at the hotel in the middle of the day, I was very surprised to dicover that the door of my room was open... in that moment I thought that I'll find the room empty without our luggage... but fortunately everything was ok! Anyway, it was an unpleasent experience! |

Proximity to city. Friendly, young staff. Lift too smal, Doors to landig cumbersome. Room small and lack of storage for clothes. Window latch broken. Putting crockery etc in bowles after breakfast, too much like a youth hostel. |

Great location for the museum area. Very Quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable beds. We were a large group of 20 people (and a lot of them are real picky) and they all liked this hotel. Breakfast was included but nothing to write home about. |

The neighborhood is located in a nice quiet street, but when you walk out, there are museums, shopping street, restaurants nearby. |
