This hotel is the dirtiest I have ever seen in my life . The receptionist is really unpleasant . The rooms are very small (obliged to walk on the bed) , beds are not comfortable at all , dirty linens , broken windows , no soap . If you don't find any rooms in an other hotel you better sleep outside !!

It is not far from the town centre and public transportation. If you travel in group should be the good place to stay. Solo traveller has to concern about the sharing bed and the safety but the hotel has the safe for free of charge that you can use.

The water in the shower was cold, the hotel is very noisy and you can hear everything from people talking in the neighbour rooms and on the street, my single room was 10m2 and very hot inside (don't know why)

Initially we were in a room for 6 people with no window. It was very claustraphobic and extremely hot. I asked for a fan - which the hotel provided and they were able to move us to another room the next day. But really this room should be a storeroom not a bedroom.

Hotel staff was kind, at the reception are two computers with internet access, the hotel is located close to tram station - 10 minutes to center I find it a bit expensive for the offered conditions

Very honest hotel. Very small room, but if your idea is to go out into the city and only come back to sleep, this is the place. A few seconds from tram stations that will take you anywhere you want in Amsterdam.

The room we stayed was dirty, wetty and had mold smell. And found pillows and curtains are dirty and molded!! We complained and asked to change room but staff never listened us, they said because we already used beds, but we just sat on the bed there were no other space to sit. Staff attitude was terrible, we just could not stay there and found hotel nearby even though there was no refund.

Absolut budget, but not bad when you know what to expect. We had a tiny room with 3 bunk beds for 6 people and we were travelling with 4 children, one a baby. But we only used the room for sleeping, so it worked. We also had a bathroom that worked without problems. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent value for money.

Good location along. Excellent staff that was very helpful and pleasure to talk with. Decent breakfast. The bed construction was noisy and very uncomfortable. Difficult to sleep. Additionally the bathroom lacked ventilator so humidity was slightly high.

The location is good. Breakfast buffet quite ok. Quite durty carpets in corridors. Very noisy breakfast room. You should invest in some felt buttons under the chair legs!
