Inner Amsterdam  

This hotel is the dirtiest I have ever seen in my life . The receptionist is really unpleasant . The rooms are very small (obliged to walk on the bed) , beds are not comfortable at all , dirty linens , broken windows , no soap . If you don't find any rooms in an other hotel you better sleep outside !!

The staffs are very good and very helpful. The facilitiies and cleanliness are quite good. I suggest the hotel management can offer special rate for the stay more than 4 days. Anyway thanks for a good hospitality given to my family for our stay from 5 - 11 mei 2012. Manan Umar - Malaysia.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location near Van Gogh museum. Easy access to trams, shops etc. Clean. Good value for money.

This place has bedbugs!! Do not stay here, we stayed on 2 different floors and found bedbugs on both floors. If that's not enough, you can't close the doors without slamming them. The whole place is super noisy. Its also hot and stuffy, our 8 bed dorm was super gross. Our 6 bed dorm didn't have a window or any air circulation. The included breakfast is white bread and cold eggs. save yourself the trouble, their is a reason it's the cheapest option in amsterdam. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

clean and standard i expected

on arrival it said that i had booked two beds, which although may have have been true i could not understand why, and therfore paid double, so would like my money back if possible, though the female member of staff was helpful, a member of your staff rang my mobile on wed 15th, confirmed i wanted 1 bed on my own, and was sharing, so on arrival i was very anoid. would there be any chance of that money back please? however there was one very rude member of staff in which you had, he was rude to me on 2 occassions and was upset by this and felt embarressed for him, he looked chineese and if i was manager of your hotel, i would sack him regards

Absolut budget, but not bad when you know what to expect. We had a tiny room with 3 bunk beds for 6 people and we were travelling with 4 children, one a baby. But we only used the room for sleeping, so it worked. We also had a bathroom that worked without problems. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent value for money.

The hotel location and price is fair

There is no security at rooms. One night, a guy enter the room with our roommate and stayed there without anybody noticed that. The bathroom cleanness was terrible.

The hostel was close to the Van Gogh museum, Rijks museum as well as the diamond museum. We found a wonderful Tapas restaurant around the corner from the hostel.

The rooms were stifling hot, there was one desktop fan that provided a little comfort. Unfortunatly we had to share with 4 rude germans, one threw up in the sink and when I asked them to sort it they pretended they didn't speak english and refused to clean it, but later in the day they could hold a conversation with us!! The staff were pleasant enough. The breakfast was ok but left little choice for vegetarians such as myself.

Nice room with a tv good breakfast, just what you need if you're in amsterdam for the museums

Bad location for me and the group I was with, more our fault tho, hotel was in the museum district where as we were in amsterdam to party!!! Thats all though the hotel its self was perfect.
