Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre

The hotel is situated perfectly in regards to Public Transportation to the upland of Rotterdam. The receptionstaff was very service and the food was great. Free Wireless internet is an absolute plus for the hotel. Can really be recommended to all travelers - both an leasure and business travel

very functional location, but the address can throw you off if you follow google maps. It's a tricky area..

Reception staff were excellent, very helpful, happy and efficient.

Room could have beeen cleaner and more comfortable. For the price I have stayed in much better hotels - it was not good value for the overall experience.

The hotel was beautiful! Our room (1104) was perfect. We loved the view. It was spectacular! It was centrally located to the Metro, which was very nice given we have a baby with a stroller! The staff was helpful and it was the perfect getaway for our family.

The internet access from the hotel lobby did not offer security. For example, we wanted to transfer money in our checking account, however, the security was not high enough for us to feel comfortable doing so. This is the only improvement we felt was needed.

Stunning views over the Maas river and the Erasmus bridge. Very nice rooms in the new tower section. The pool and spa are an experience been high up overlooking the bridge and river!

The staff were very helpful . Service to the room was quickly dealt with.

The location was most convenient and the view was splendid. I left my car parked for two days in a row on the pier just behind the hotel (pay parking) because I could walk to just about everything. Also, I appreciated the fact that I could bring my small dog (Bolonka) for a reasonable surcharge. Having free wireless Internet access was also a plus. The hot water heater for courtesy coffee and ironing board with iron also were nice to have.

Shelf space in the room and bathroom was insufficient. There was hardly any room in the bathroom for my toiletries. Most of my clothing had to remain in my suitcase because there were no drawers or shelves. I asked for -- and received -- extra hangers.

Its very well located. The view is lovely and the overall conditions are quite good.

I booked a Panorama Top room which was overbooked so I got a free upgrade. Really nice room with a very good bed, a sunshower, jacuzzi and great view!

The staff were very helpful and efficient. I did receive a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise and the view was awesome. Great location for a visit. We enjoyed it well enough to seek out another Innhotel at our next stop.

Breakfast was not good value for the money even at the reduced pre-paid rate. Based on an enjoyable experience in Rdam, we did book at an Inn hotel at our next stop but avoided the breakfast room.
