Cosy room on fitfh floor with excellent view on the skyline and the river Maas. Very nice bed (long enough!)

The room was quitte small. So were the towels

We stayed on the top - flour room with panoramic view on the river Maas and bridge. The room was perfect, very beautiful and modern! The night view on the Rotterdam city center was unbelievable! The hotel staff was very nice. We will certainly visit this hotel again.

The breakfast was not included and costed 20 euro that is quite expensive.

The location was near the luxor theatre.

The view of the room was not as aspected. The bar at the 16e floor was closed. The toilet in the bathroom was not working properly.

The pool, sauna, and steam room are really nice to relax after the travelling. And the Erasmus bridge and river views from there are exceptional.

There is no smoking room.

Excellent location, helpful staff, great wellness center.

It was a bit cold in the room

I did like it and it was reasonable value for money. The rooms shown on the website however are the new and more expensive rooms. Regular price means small simple and clean room. It was far too hot by the way. Luckily the window could be opened but that was very noisy with windforce 9. Liked the pool en sauna.

It was exectly what we wanted .

Could have done with more parking space - but we were lucky anyway .

Too less light in the bathroom!

We booked the Hastens suite with sun shower with a magnificient view on the Erasmus Bridge (locally known as the White Swan) and the Southern disctrict of Rotterdam (including Hotel New York and the new Luxor theatre). The hotel is perfectly located and the city centre, Maritiem museum and other interesting 'must-sees' are in walking distance. Another absolute plus was that our dog was allowed there too.

There was some confusion if we could book a table in the restaurant part (ground floor) because we wanted to take our dog with us and eventually ended in the Brasserie part (next to the restaurant on the ground floor!) but with the menu of the restaurant....not professional! You have to come really early (preferrably around noon) if you want to park your car underneath the hotel as there are very limited (and small!) parking lots there. We were lucky but otherwise we had to park in a public parking far away from the hotel as the closest public parking couldn't be reached due to road works.
