The pool, sauna, and steam room are really nice to relax after the travelling. And the Erasmus bridge and river views from there are exceptional. There is no smoking room.

We stayed on the top - flour room with panoramic view on the river Maas and bridge. The room was perfect, very beautiful and modern! The night view on the Rotterdam city center was unbelievable! The hotel staff was very nice. We will certainly visit this hotel again. The breakfast was not included and costed 20 euro that is quite expensive.

The view was awesome. The whirlpool type of bath was a joy. The big bed and flatscreen tv topped it. The restaurant is delicious. The location is ideal.

I chose the hotel mainly for the good price offered and the right mix of modern design, good location in the city centre area and spa/swimming pool facility. Also the whole building is a nice piece of architecture. The rooms are clean, well equipped, well designed, not huge, but not tight either - enough for two people with luggages to feel convenient (was staying at the waterfront room). Plus a great view. Staff was helpful and we had no problems getting information and leaving luggages on the day we left. Only marginal flaws such as a bed too soft, no changing room at the swimming pool and quite expensive breakfast. I recommend eating outside, for example Bazaar offers great brunch for half the price.

Good position, value for money We booked hotel going by the photos which showed a new model hotel very cutting edge.. Unfourtunatley it didnot live up to these expectations, it is if fact a 70s hotel with a new outer cladding to give the impression of a far newer building. The room was small, the carpets and decor although clean were old and worn in places, the bed too was old, perhaps an original from the 70s!! We do not expect Ritz standards for this price but felt that we were decived by the false impression the photos gave..

The view was perfect, especially at night the Erasmus bridge. Sauna in the bathroom. full minibar. Champagne at the breakfast. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. the air conditioning was broken, we had a cool first night. small pool. parking was full.

Soft comfortable beds and pillows Some reception staff were very friendly but not all. This detracted from my stay in a very nice hotel. She was annoyed when I could not remember my room number and had to issue new keys because I had extended my stay. After she finished with me I wished I did not extend my stay.

Incredible views, rooms very nice, comfortable beds and spacious. Some staff could be dismissive. Food and room service was distinctly average but charged at gourmet prices.

We were very pleased with the Hotel, our room had an amazing view of the Erazmus Bridge, and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was very well supplied with toiletries - so no need to pack these if you are on a restricted luggage allowance! Breakfast is expensive, but good - and the evening meal we had one night was excellant - and I am a fussy vegetarian, so chef made me a special meal. The location is perfect, with good metro and tram links, right on the river for the water bus and taxis.

We stayed in a triple room. The room and the bathroom were clean. The bathroom size was satisfactory. The room was a little bit small for three of us, but was comfortable. There is metro and tram station just in front of the hotel.

The view from the Riverview room was spectacular, with the Erasmus bridge looking amazing at night. The room itself was functional: nice, clean and with an excellent bed. We enjoyed the spa, which is quite compact but has a nice view. The breakfast was average and not quite up to the hefty asking price. After the Rotterdam marathon, we had paid for a late checkout to enjoy the spa after our run. Unfortunately the spa was filled with people with their luggage and running clothes, who had skipped the late checkout and simply came there to change. That left a very unorganized impression of the hotel's handling of the event, even though otherwise the hotel did a great job of conjuring up the marathon atmosphere.

You have everything you need in the hotel or up to 3 minutes away with the tram that stops every minute just outside the hotel. The overlook of the bridge and the river is greate. The parking is just under the hotel and the brakefast is the best.
