Location, nice view, free wi-fi, nice breakfast. Although I stayed in the hotel as solo traveller, hotel charged me double breakfast. Since I was in a hurry and need to check out quik, I realized this when I arrived to Amsterdam. I called them but the reception told me that I have to tell this when I was there, there is nothing they can do. I feel like I am cheated €54. No water in the rooms for 5 hours, hotel informed this earlier with a notice in the elevator. I faced with an insect in my bath on my 2nd day. The rooms are extremely cold since you can not keep the heating on when you were not in the room. |

Location to Erasmus bridge and cultural restaurants It took over 4 hrs for the heating system to raise the temperature in my room 5 degrees - and it was a small room. I was cold my entire stay. |

the room, the view, the swimming pool, sauna and steam bath the reception and corridors design are pretty poor: carpet loose, horrible colours match, trays laying in corners... it was kind of "youth hostel atmosphere" for those areas...you dont excpet this when you see its dramartic architecture and standard of the room |

I was impressed by the level of service. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I asked for a babycot, we arrived quit late due to delay on the Thalys train, but they managed to place a cot on the room. Bar was pleasant and drinks where very fine. |

I strongly advise the Booking.com to delect the Golden Tulip Rotterdam from its online booking list!!! I booked a Panorama room and received a much cheaper Riverside room. I insisted to change the room according to my booking condition and was moved into another same Riverside room!! The receptionist was very un-friendly and un- helpful. I read back the reviews from other previous guests and many people had the same experiences of being cheated!! Thanks to the good reputation of Booking.com, please do take off this hotel from your recommended list A.S.A.p |

Beautiful room, modern and comfortable design. Excellent location, very handy metro/tram station in front of the door, parking nearby. Internet signal was so weak to make it impossible to use it, if you need it for work choose a different hotel or you won't be able to do much! Panoramic room was on second floor, with nice view but certainly not what expected. You cannot enjoy the view unless you keep the curtain open and people walking on the street can see inside of the room. We actually saw a couple having sexy by the window of their room when we arrived to the hotel! |

I like that we were accomendated in our request, and offered a drink while waiting for our room being prepared. While time management, rooms should be ready when guest check in regardless of hotel traffic. A 4-star hotel should accomendate a 24hrs food services. Always book waterview rooms. Rooms are a bit too small for the star class of the hotel. |
