Good hotel. Clean. Modern. Attractive. Easy to walk everywhere. Nice litle pool area with saunas and gym. Good value for money if you get one of the cheaper rooms. I booked the Hastens Sunshower Riverview room. It cost twice as much as the basic room I would have otherwise stayed in. But I decided to go for it because I wanted to splash out on what sounded like a spacious room and jacuzzi. It wasn't worth it. The room was small. There was no jacuzzi - it's just a small bath tub with some water jets. The bathroom was small - only room for one person in the "tropical rain shower". The view was good, but it was just a regular size window. Not what I would call "panoramic". I was really disappointed. Certainly not worth twice the price of a regular room. |

Excellent hotel! I stayed during my business trip for 3 days in a waterfront room in the 7th floor. Although the room was compact size, but anyway not tidy - it's very cosy and comfortable, well-designed, decorated in bright warm colors, with large windows and amazing view to Rotterdam channels and skyliners. The most important - the excellent quality WI-FI internet access in the room (moveover, it's free of charge!). Also the extensive minibar and coffee making facilities in the room. If I'll travel to Rotterdam once more, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. |

I have seldom met such friendly and genuinely helpful staff at the reception desk. The staff answered questions in a professional manner and went out of their way on several occasions to find information and answer questions. There was a good atmosphere and the hotel room was very clean and tidy. There were magasines at the customers' disposal which was a nice touch. All in all a hotel that can be highly recommended and which I would not hesitate to stay in again. Possibility of ordering a coffee and breakfast roll or croissant without having to have the big breakfast buffet at 24 Euros - which is expensive. |

Rooms were almost clean, view is fantastic if you take a room with view to the Erasmus Bridge, after we moved to Junior Suite we had a bath with a small sauna and a bublle bath tub. Hotel had a parking area (without elevator). Location is great. Overall the staying of one week was very nice. Normal rooms are small. In our first day we found a towel with a red stain. This made a bad impression on us. Everything is the hotel looks like very used, it should be nice if they would change the furniture, flooring, etc. In general in Holland you will not find a clean hotel, but this was above average. |

Our room was excellent and the views over Erasmus Bridge stunning. swimming pool and sauna are very good also, even though our room had a small sauna. The cleaners appeared not to change any linen and hardly replaced any items (coffee, etc or toiletries) used. For the price paid this was poor service. Reception staff refused to exchange sterling and gave incorrect information on day tickets for trams - selling them in evening claiming they last a full 24 hours, which is untrue. |

The hotel is beautifull, stuff very friendly, swimmingpool in 8th floor with really nice view. I found the hotel great. Eventhough I like soft beds, I think this was a little bit too much. |

Mostly the spa, really nice, and with large opening times (which is quite unusual). Parking facilities (expensive) and breakfast (expensive, however our reservation included the breakfest, so no problem for us) |

The window of the car I rented was smashed in the hotel car park one night (2 other cars were damaged as well). The same happened with other cars two next nights in a row. The hotel is charging 19 euro per night for the car park, but doesn't carry any responsibility for damages/loss or provides any decent level of security. The hotel staff was quite helpfull though to help me to fill the police form online and call Hertz to organize the car replacement. Was overcharged for breakfast (charged twice in one day). Called the hotel, they promised to investigate it and give me a call back. Never got any call or refund back. |

Good location. Attached restaurant was good. Work out facility is a joke. The parking under the hotel does not seem to be regulated had has very limited space available. The underground parking is still outside so security is not very good. |

Stay here as it was only a 15 minute walk across the bridge to the Cruise Terminal - not difficult to drag you bags if you are somewhat fit. Hotel was very good, actually better than we expected. The regular room with a street view was fine and roomy. |

Beautiful room, very friendly staff, no noise from neighbours. The WiFi did not work in one of the panoramic rooms on the 14th floor. The staff knew certain rooms were a problem but failed to mention this at check-in. However, I was immediately transferred to a new room. The duvet was quite thick and the airconditioning didn't cool the room enough. A choice of duvets would be great! |
