Spacious and clean room with a wonderful view to the Erasmusbridge. Personel in the reception was kind and helpful. Good breakfast was offered in a spacious room. Free WiFi was working well. Location was excellent. Spa and pool was closed because of renovation.

I chose the hotel because of its location which is quite central and was very close to my place of work. Another reason was the free of charge fast wifi in the rooms. The beds were adequate and the expensive superior room was not too big but had adeqate furniture and recent bathroom facilities (bath and separate shower) of which desk and water cooker were the most appreciated and only available in this category. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. There were three complementary Pcs in the Lobby. For what it offers, the price of the superior room is a bit pricey but this seems to be common in Rotterdam. Supplementary breakfast for 24€ was not taken and the price considered a bit excessive by my colleagues who took it. The quality of big towels could be better, they were really small and thin, meaning not 'fluffy' enough. The noise of the main street including tram cannot be entirely overheard even during night. Lower room category taken last time (queen waterfront) only recommended for travellers on a small budget, as those rooms are small, are located in the lower floors and without desk or watercooker. Something could be done as regards the prohibitively slow internet speed of the three complementary Pcs in the lobby.

Very good beds (Hastens), slept like a rose. Clean and well-fitted room. Excellent location in the centre of town. Bit pricey. The room was not too big and the view was nice but not really worth paying extra for in my opinion.

Excellent staffs that offers various information that makes you feel very welcomed. There are a luxury restaurant and a bar downstairs (with beautiful canal view) and nice gym and spa with free access for hotel residents. Very nice view of the canal through the windows. Wifi signal is weak.

Hey travellers, we were on a 1 night stay in Rotterdam when visiting the ASOT600 of Armin van Burren. We stayed in a Design Panorama Room on the 13th floor with an excelent view over the Erasmusbridge. The room was surprisingly well designed, fitted with everything you might think of (we loved the full size Bathtub) and very very clean. We had an king size Bed which was comfortable and clean. In fact we liked the room so much that we stayed in there longer than planned and rested as well as enjoyed. If you´d stay longer you could also use the nice exercise room or the pool. We loved it and can highly recommend the panoramic view rooms. Minibar is a bit pricy but it´s fully stocked and offers a huge variety of drinks, sweets, nuts etc. Also the breakfast for 25 € was also too expensive for our taste but as you´re situated perfectly one can easily fetch something delicious.

Fantastic location. Staff very friendly with great English (as is so often the way with Dutch people!). We loved the view from our room on 13th floor and wished we could stay longer. Parking €27 for 24hrs. Not uncommon for city prices but think hotel should discount for guests.

Good location and connect with public transport. Got a surprise gift on my birthday from hotel. Rennovation was going on during the day time and since I was working half day from hotel, there was lot of disturbance. WiFi network had inconsistent speeds. Very expensive breakfast.

The location of the hotel, breakfast, and staff. Guide book for the hotel services was not available, not much options for t/v channels to watch as most of channels were in Dutch language and very few in English.

Fantastic location Extremely comfy beds/pillows I asked for a light breakfast rather than the 23.95 full breakfast & was delighted to pay 5.00 for coffee coissant & fresh orange juice. The rooms were too warm to sleep comfortabley . When queried about the air con the hotel admitted the it did not work if the outside tempreture was below 10 degrees. We had snow on the ground for most of the 6 day stay & sweltered in our room. The resturant is rather canteen like.

good service and friendly staff, rooms comfortable slow internet, breakfast is very very expensive (18e) and main restaurant also slightly over priced. room prices rise when there is A trade conference and this is unfair on regular business visitors.
