Excellent breakfast.. Excellent location next to Erasmus Bridge.. There is a metro station and a tram stop next to it.. Helpful and friendly staff..

The hotel was ideal for a visit to the North Sea Jazz: staff were very helpful and the rooms were excellent.

Breakfast was rather expensive, but it was very good

The staff were extremely polite

Above all, the location is superb! It is close to the city center (3 min walk to Coolsingel) nicely situated at waterfront. Our room was somewhat small but the facilities (quality of bed, internet) are good and the harbour/river/city view is just breathtaking.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff are very helpful.

The pool could have been cleaner, and the sauna and steam room are mixed! The "surprise goodie bag" was not very good. Just some maps and a discount in the restaurant.

We upgraded to Panarama room which is the next level to the waterfront room. We also liked the closeness to all the amenities and watching the interesting river traffic.

The crews was extremely friendly

the swimming pool is open till 23:30

parking at euros 21 per night i find a little excesive. it should be written in teh hotel info, not parking available on site. i parked down the road for a fraction of this cost.
