Huge breakfast, very good location, friendly staff and all the comforts needed for a short or long term stay The inconvenience is that the lift stops between the floors so one has to drag their suitcases a few steps up or down to the destination.

Die lage war für mich interesant. W-Lan war Kostenlos Die Zimmer waren wirklich sehr Klein und es gab nicht mal Platz um den Koffer vernünftig abzulegen Ein Minibar ist nicht vorhanden. Parkplatz nur für Kleine Autos Früstück Buffet war wie ein bessere Kantine Meines Erachtens ist dies kein 4 terne Hotel

Bij aankomst stond het raam van de kamer open. Dat suggereerde voor ons dat de verwarming niet aan was, dus dat hebben we niet gecontroleerd. We werden badend in het zweet midden in de nacht wakker en wat bleek: de cv stond aan !!! Daarna heeft mijn vrouw helaas niet meer kunnen slapen; die was dus niet zo amused. Laat svp de schoonmakers altijd de cv op 0 draaien (zeker in mei) en niet tegelijkertijd het raam van de kamer openzetten: dat scheelt veel energiekosten én de nachtrust. Verder waren wij ontzettend tevreden!!!!!

Een heerlijk hotel met competent personeel,een prima ontbijt en keuken en volop mogelijkheden voor ontspanning zoals bowlen, welness en fitness. De omgeving , met de IJssel altijd dichtbij, nodigt via de knooppuntenroutes, uit tot heerlijke fietstochten en het bezoeken van prachtige stadjes zoals Zutphen,Bronckhorst en Lochem.

Het viel ons tegen, dat er een sporthal aanzat. Werden 'verwelkomd' door grote groep kinderen, welke daar één of ander tournooi hadden. Niet echt een gezellige binnenkomer. Overigens voor de rest geen last van gehad. Tevens zijn wij niet bekend in Zutphen en hadden niet verwacht, dat hotel op een bedrijventerrein zou liggen.

Ons verblijf is uitstekend bevallen. We hebben ons heerlijk vermaakt met alle activiteiten in het hotel. Zwembad, sauna, bowlen en tennissen. Restaurant personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook heerlijk gegeten. Er was voor mijn zoontje een heerlijke glutenvrije maaltijd. Echt een aanrader!!!

Het ontvangst was hartelijk. De kamer was al vroeg klaar en echt keurig schoon. Het hotel heeft een schitterende launch met een openhaard. Het eten was ook echt heerlijk. Zowel het ontbijt als het Diner waren zeer goed. Conclusie een absolute aanrader. Er zou een 2 tweepersoonsbed zijn dit was helaas niet zo lekker naar elkaar toe kruipen zonder dat de bedden uit elkaar schoven was er niet bij. Dat is dan ook echt onze enige klacht.

Wij kwamen vanuit thermen bussloo ca 20 minuten rijden naar intell hotel goed te doen,in en uit check tijden zijn prima,Vriendelijk personeel ,bedden erg goed ontbijt mag ietsje uitgebreider maar ik denk dat er weinig stond omdat er niet zoveel gasten waren(wintertijd).
