安い。親切。きれい。街中にある。

Location is perfect. Right on the cannal.

Itc hotel has 3 buildings. We lived behind the corner. And I think it is not fair. Couse when I chose location - I chose canal view. Room was small, but good. But toilet was really small. You cannot close the door when you inside. And you need earplug, couse incredible noisy at night.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they speak perfect english. And its very cost effective.

There is not much space, but I guess that's how it is in all amsterdam

The hotel facilities very bad, this time in Amsterdam is cold and wet. But the hearting is not enough for warm and the shower always no hot water suddently.

The hotel staff was very kind, the internet connection was free and wifi. Toilets were shared but at least there was a washbasin in the room. The room was quite small and in a separate building from the main one, however the electronic card could open all doors without any problem.

The room forniture was new, the bed was comfortable, and I could not find anything cheaper in all Amsterdam, however mind that the room was below the street level therefore the window was just a hatch on the roof.

It was clean, comfortable and worth the money

Great location. Plenty of great Indonesian restaurants nearby, gourmet patisseries, delis....

Location, price affordable, nice staff, nice accomodations

Very friendly and helpful staff - so important for a happy stay. The woman on the day shift and the man on the afternoon/evening shift were especially helpful with suggestions, even writing out a list of special places, with addresses! Room was clean and fairly comfortable, and the cleaning staff were equally nice.

The man on the night shift was surely and very unhelpful, eg, we had asked about the possibility of early check in via email and had received a very kind reply that they would do what they could do, but when we arrived early in the morning from our ferry/coach from Britain (7:30 am), he demanded to see a printed copy of that email and said it was not possible that we had received such an email as they never allowed early check-in! We understood that early check-in might not be possible, but his surely attitude was totally unnecessary and inappropriate.

Having stayed here the year before we knew what to expect of the hotel and we were not disappointed. The hotel staff ate very friendly and helpful. The rooms ate warm and clean and the hotel itself has a cosy homely feel.

Very friendly staff and excellent location

The hotel looked nice and the staff were really friendly and helpful... But, my subterranean room wasn't actually in the hotel building, but in a separate block across the street - considering I could get a budget room in London with a bathroom (had to go upstairs to a shared bathroom here) in a hotel that didn't have the appearance of a hostel, I don't think the price was that great - however it was comfortable enough, and Amsterdam seems expensive overall - the bottom line, I guess, is that I wasn't in Amsterdam to sleep!

Very simple, nice, clean hotel near the centre of amsterdam (5 minutes with the tramway). Friendly staff and clean and pretty rooms.
