The Hotel had many negative reviews on the website, which nearly made us book elsewhere. However, we took a chance & the Hotel was much better than the reviews suggested. Certainly great value for money. I now do not look at the reviews when booking motels on your site. The negative reviews seem to be from complaining, whining travellers only & not genuine.... |

The hotel was dreadful,very poor condition and promised facilities did not exist, The description on site was a pure fabrication and I would never book through your compaqny again, I felt I had been conned. there was nothing to like about the hotel, basic furniture in rooms did not exist or were in soiled and poor condition |

every time I came back to my room it stank like cleaners (room service) were smoking there! I also didn' t like broken wardrobe as I couln' t hang up my clothes! |

We liked absolutely nothing. More than that it is a clear health hazard. It is a shame that booking.com - which even has offices in Amsterdam that are about 10 walking minutes form the ITC hotel - dares to lists such a hotel. We are examining if booking.com despite disclaimers has any responsibily for publishing seriuosly misleading and false information about the hotel, its facilities and ranking |

This hotel is located at the very interesting good place at the Princ-canal. There was very nice view from the window to the canal, boats etc.The location is excellent, the walking distance from the center. It was nice to walk to the Dam- ca 15-20 minutes. |

Spotless room, quiet and comfortable (#18, in the basement). We really liked the itc -- extremely convenient right next to tram line and stop and go van in a beautiful part of the city. |

The hotel is as bad as a prison cell. The hotel is badly maintained (window can't be opened, toilet stinks, room stinks rooms & bathroom are small, noise from street is not insulated, very steep stairs, cancellaton policy is one week. A young group of boys did not have a choice but suffer staying in a basement room without window. Booking should be cancellable if condition is inhabitable. |

it was gubby, grossly overpriced & further away from city centre than expected. The picture on the website only showed one building but hotel has more than one building and the one we stayed in was very run down. Stairs in general are steep in Holland but these stairs were dangerous, I banged my head carrying bag up to my room as the gap between the ceiling & top of the stairs was tight. I'm 5ft!! |

The location Room facilities are too limited and small. The rooms downstairs have very small windows/no view (mine was on a wall very close) ,the Wi-Fi internet in the hotel works only in lobby. They don't change the towels. None of the fascilities in this hotel could justify its high pricing. Very low standard . |
