Staff, vibe and room was chilled ;)

Not having enough time to enjoy the breakfast spread in the morning!

The first day, we couldn't get in hostel, by mistake of the manager. Rooms were reserved, but it didn't enter us in the list.

Though while booking there doesn't show the breakfast is included, after arrived the host said you can enjoy your simple breakfast on each morning, and also the public restroom is really nice, though it's small, but you can watch TV(from bbc and cnn, etc, mostly Dutch program, smile...), eat or drink sth, use your computer or public computer, and chat with roommates and different people.

The room seems a little bit crowded, and there are not enough sockets or say outlets in the room, this is really inconvenient.

Beds were somewhat comfortable, Staff was friendly and helpful, there was wifi, room came with its own bathroom. There was a common area with a tv and some snacks for purchase, as well as a common fridge for guests, and they had a cute cat that they took care of. It felt safe there and it didn't smell or look dirty.

Steep stairs (every building has steep stairs though), cramped room (again, likely common for anywhere in the city), only had one outlet in the room to share with 4 travelers, room had only 2 bunk beds and a garbage can (not much place to put your stuff, especially on the top bunk if you want to leave things within your reach). It was quite a distance from downtown (by walking), breakfast was only bread, peanut butter, and jelly.

The staff was really very nice, and made sure to greet everyone warmly, and say goodbye when they went off shift. The beds were comfortable, and there were sinks in each dorm room -- which really helped! The staff were really flexible with reservations and placements to accommodate within reason. The location was really great for people who don't want to live in the red-light district, and who want a direct line to the airport as well as most of the key sights in town. The common space was a bit cramped, but everyone seemed to do ok at the capacity we had. The "free breakfast" was very simple (peanut butter/toast) wasn't included in the listing, so it was a very pleasant surprise.

They were clearly struggling and working to resolve with a mouse issue. Better training of (newly hired) cleaning staff, so that they know what to do and how to do it more efficiently, and I'd love to see a shelf in the bathroom that wasn't in the shower :-)

convenient location, close to the tram station, 10 minutes to the center by tram, nice staff, from the train station 15 minutes by tram,free breakfast in the morning,cheap.

The staff is amazing friendly and helpful the hostel is located nearby the museum-square and the street market , the rooms are perfect and the housekeeper dris is the best, thanks amigos.

I arrived at the hostel and they did not know of my reservation, after staying at the hostel I are wanting to charge me saying that I canceled my hosting, but not canceled, was hosted locally. This demonstrates anti- professionalism and disorganization. The wi-fi never works and the kitchen does not exist ... I received an email saying that charged the amount I already paid for being in the hostel. I was in the hostel and they think I was not. They want to charge me for it. Terrible.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever lives, the bathroom and the toilet are public also very small, the room is old ,the location is very bad, far from the center of the city, do not live in it!!!!!

хорошее расположение для ночных тусовок, заблудится сложно. приветливый персонал. достаточно чисто. в следующий раз скорее всего остановлюсь тут.

A localização, especialmente para os que pretendem visitar os museus, é ótima!

値段が安かった。 近くに割りと大きいスーパーがあり便利だった。 トラムの停車駅も近くで中央駅まですぐにいけた。

歩いて市内に行くのは可能だが面倒だった。 キッチンが狭くて使いにくい。

Buona la posizione e il costo ridotto.

Un bagno per piano di mezzo metro quadro e mancanza assoluta di una doccia.

The staff was nice and it is in a great location.

The rooms were small and packed and there were very few outlets and they were in awkward places. The bathrooms were also quite cramped.

la decoration est jolie.

jai comande 2 lits dans la chambre seulement pour les filles. mais on nous a mis dans une chambre mix. mais, bon, c pas tres grave.

Il costo, il personale e la posizione fanno dell'ostello una ottima soluzione per soggiorni veloci e senza troppe pretese. Non sapevo che la colazione fosse compresa, e questo e' positivo.

Mancano armadietti personali e lo spazio a disposizione (anche in stanze con meno letti) e' molto poco.
