The hotel was good for a short business trip. Central location, 5 minute walk from the train station in Den Bosch. Room was clean and comfortable. Steep winding stairs up to bedrooms, had to be very careful on the steps of stairs to avoid a fall. No elevator in hotel. Breakfast expensive, approx €15. Best to get breakfast at cafe near the train station.

The hotel owner's warm welcome, the friendly staff and the excellent restaurant downstairs made me glad I picked this hotel. The room was spotless, cozy and spacious, which all made for a good night sleep The room was a little cold at night - an explication on how to use the heating system may have solved this problem. Also, there were two small things missing: a hairdryer, which is very important in cold weather, and there were lack of gluten free options at breakfast.

Location: 5-10 minute walk from central train station and town centre. Helpful staff. Comfortable chairs in restaurant. Ordered a cup of tea and got an entire pot for only EUR 1,90. Ok for 1 or 2 nights. We stayed in room 11, on the top floor. We found the hotel noisy. If someone closes a door, the whole place shakes. And when your neighbours wake up, you wake up. Bathroom was damp, no ventilation. Our sink was almost blocked. There was no shower gel, only soap. Shared balcony so your neighbours can theoretically walk into your room. Restaurant is dark. Breakfast cost an extra 9,50 but cold egg, dry bread and weak coffee. You're better off having breakfast in the town centre (tip: Bagels & Beans, Hooge Steenweg 34, charming little place with great coffee and bagels and classical music). When we paid our bill, we got a more expensive price than we had booked. The staff very easily corrected it though.

I was able to get a room when most other hotels were booked. Friendly receptionists. It was a bit cold. Climate control was not good. Reception closes at 9 or 10PM....

gastvrijheid! Prima kamer en prima verzorgd diner en ontbijt. Zeker voor een zakelijke trip is het een prima locatie. Maar ook aan te bevelen voor een 2 daagse stedentrip. Heel erg dicht bij voorzieningen en openbaar vervoer. de ligging is zeer rumoerig! echter voor het doel dat ik er was, 775 meter vanaf het congrescentrum, heeft bij mij de voorkeur gegeven om hier te boeken.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, mooie comfortabele hotelkamer met een prima bed en badkamer. Ontbijt was zeer compleet. Al met al zeer tevreden.

De ontvangst was allerhartelijkst maar na een nacht bij min 10 en zonder verwarming ook tijdens het ontbijt was er niemand te bekennen. Ook na telefoon thuis en 2x mail geen reactie of dispensatie. Dat vond ik heel slecht.

Vlak bij station, vriendelijk personeel, prima kamer, gratis wifi, prima en betaalbaar ontbijt. Kamer was slecht warm te krijgen. Vond nog rotzooi van vorige reiziger in de kast

Hele nette kamers, ruim opgezet. Lekker dichtbij het centrum 's Avonds rook het in de gang (voordat je in het hotelgedeelte stapte) naar kreeft, heerlijke lucht maar als je echt niet van vis houdt is het misschien lastig. Op de kamers rook je er overigens echt niets van.
