The sewing kit in the room saved my life because I needed to re-attach a button to my business suit. Hotel entrance was not well signposted. I had to make an expensive phone call with my cell phone to ask where the door is. |

Location Beeakfast could be better for the price of the room. The breakfast room in the back was very unpleasant to sit in. They should have served in up front in the lounge area. In general the hotel lacked ambience. The entrance and lounge downstairs did not have a welcoming atmosphere. |

The size and furnishing of the room. Breakfast being included in room price. Hard to find because sign is not visible. Breakfast is very average. |

Location is very convenient. The room is very nice. The breakfast is also nice. In particular, if you like Vermeer, I strongly recommend to stay this hotel. |

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly - the courtyard triple suite was large and well appointed and and very charming. - Good/Very convenient breakfast buffet. Great bathroom. Great location. Good value for the dollar. We were very pleased to have picked this hotel. Lumpy uncomfortable pillows. I would have liked an iron and my wife a full length mirror but that really was not a problem. Ask for a lower room if you are elderly (steep stairs) |

This hotel is very comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is perfect for families with young children, with lots of choices (fruit, cheese, eggs, bread, croissants, yogurt, and more). The location is ideal for visiting Delft, right in the middle of the shopping area and very close to the center. Renting bicycles at the train station and keeping them at the hotel was so much fun and perfect for our family. Thank you!!! |

Location is great. Our room was quiet and you could open the windows. We were able to park our bicycles in the rear courtyard. The room was very clean and the bathroom was sparkling. Parking is an issue but that is typical of these small hotels in the middle of the old part of town. The beds could be improved on. The breakfast buffet was just OK. Standard fare and the prepared items were heavily salted. The front desk personnel were great but other staff members seemed to be (how can I put this) rather uninterested and very slow. |

The staff members were all extremely helpful and friendly. We really felt welcome and they provided us with anything we needed, including flower vases and wine openers! The hotel is situated just a block or so from the main market square, so it was convenient for sight-seeing, but it was also very quiet. No elevator! |

The staff was generally very helpful, the building is very interesting and the rooms are carefully decorated, to high standards. Overall a pleasant experience. The cleaning staff was not very thorough. |

The rooms were very comfortable, it was very centrally located to all the major sites in town, breakfast was yummy and there were videos and books that you could borrow to pass some quiet time. Given that we were just off a busy street, it was very quiet - none of the noise outside filtered into our room! |

Although the hotel is very conveniently situated in the centre of town, overlooking a canal, it is very quiet. We have stayed there several times when visiting family in Delft and always receive a good welcome. |

Our stay was very enjoyable and the hotel met our expectations. As we were on the top floor, we would have liked the hotel to have had a lift! |

the location was good, the reception staff was fine,it was calm, efficient, pleasant and good in general the access to bedroom was by a very narrow and steep staircase. While this would not be acceptable in a modern hotel, the style of the location may have made it unavoidable, however where such difficulties arise I think that at the price it would have been appropriate to carry the luggage for the gusets rather than just point the direction to us. |

Nice staff, wireless internet for free and functioning. Good location: everything at walking distance For travellers by car: located in pedestrian zone, and need to park in parking garage nearby (tiny discount offered by hotel). |

Centrally situated and quiet even on New Years eve. Warm clean rooms with windows that can be opened No tea of coffee making facilities in the room. This may be a Dutch idea but would have been nice to brew an early morning cup of tea or coffee |

Hotel Leeuwenburg is situated along 1 of the most attractive canals of Delft. All interesting places to visit are within walking distance and you can start each day with an extensive breakfast. |
The Ark is a 4-star hotel, occupying 4 fully-restored 17th-century houses on the most beautiful canal in the old centre of Delft. |
