Plassering: Sentralt og stille strøk i gåavstand til det meste. Hyggelig tone på personalet og god informasjon om alt fra rutetider for toget til hvordan man kom seg til ulike severdigheter. Alltid blide :) - Ikke spar sånn på toalettpapiret, ekstra toalettrull ble ikke satt inn ved ordning av rommet og vi gikk tom. - De bør også få seg et "ikke forstyrr"-skilt til rommene. Vi fant aldri dette og personalet kom inn mens vi lå i sengen, noe som er unødvendig. - Et pressluftborr eller liknende på full guffe under frokosten var mindre heldig, men muligens ikke noe de kunne gjøre noe med. |

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful light in the hotel halls and entry. The sheets on the bed smelled 'sour', as if they spent too long in the washer before drying. I had to put a towel on the pillow to block the odor. |

In the very heart of the city, i had a pleasant stay. Spacious, cleaned and large rooms. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast. I reccomend it to young people. No lift and stairs a bit narrow, probably people with problems to move cannot be able to stay in this hotel. |

Friendly staff, great location, great breakfast, clean rooms, nice balcony. All in all a wonderful place. I highly recommend it. Internet service was very slow and difficult to use. My elderly mother would have like to see hand rails in the shower. |
