οι υπάλληλοι της ρεσεψιόν την ημέρα που θα φεύγαμε πολύ πρωί,ενώ είχαν εντολή να μας ξυπνήσουν στις 05:15 πμ δεν μας ξύπνισαν με το αιτιολογικό ότι δεν κατάλαβαν την ώρα αφύπνισης,ενώ το ταξι ήδη το είχαν καλέσει.απαραδεκτο !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Luxury and finetsa

It is centrally located for shops and restaurants etc, but about 1 mile from the main railway station. The sound-proofed rooms really work.

The room was small with tired decor and the bed was not very comfortable.

Fantastic location, comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a deluxe room that was tucked away in the back of the hotel, and was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Terrible rooms. Very poor facilities and unfriendly staff. If this is a 3/4 star hotel in Europe then you guys are being screwed

The location was very good - walkable distance to everything: station - 15minutes, museums - 15mins, shops - doorstep. I have selected 'fair' for hotel staff; that is not entirely accurate. The women (front desk, catering, cleaning) were friendly, helpful and polite. The men, by contrast, were arrogant and rude. It was quite bizarre.

On my last night I called room service to order coffee for 6am. I was told that there was complimentary coffee from 6-7 in the reception so decided not to order room service. At 6.30 I went to the lobby to be told that the coffee machine was broken and that I could not order coffee and that I should make my own in my room. For a four star hotel, I thought the service pretty abysmal... The room was large but oddly I had 3 single beds in one room - great for family stay but slightly strange for solo traveller. View: non-existent/prison-like. Decor could do with face lift. Corridors were dark, musty as was room. Toiletries - orange/lime? - were sickly so bought own. Free internet (30mins) in lobby but in room = 10 euros for 24hrs. But free internet did work in room albeit slow and time limited. When will hotels learn that they should offer free internet in rooms and room charge to include continental breakfast (how much does coffee and toast cost!!) It would make such a difference to their overall reputation...

The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms is clean and comfortable. They have nice toiletries (shampoo and shower).

Really perfect location. But now days it is the only advantage of this hotel...

I have stayed in this hotel for many years, and shoud say, that level of comfort go gown year by year. During last visit I have booked "lucshury room" but didn't found anything we usually expect in 4-star hotel - no bathrobes, no sleepers, set of daily necesities in bath room was limited by soap and shampoo, and was not renewed on 2-nd day. Even for sewing kit I had to go to reseption and ask for it. It was provided, but anyway it is not service levet you expect for such money. It seems hotel management try to make economy on everithing, withiout thinking of future hotel reputation.

Excellent locatiOn next to flower markets, Rembrandt Square and trams. Clean rooms but wifi only in lobby

Hotel staff was rude, overcharged me, overbooked me, checked me out of my room during my stay, had to swap room after room. Worst hotel stay of my life. They need to learn to stop overselling themselves.
